Alle 21,30 il Teatro del Maggio Fiorentino presenta una versione essenziale e potente dei Carmina Burana.

L’esecuzione, diretta dal maestro Lorenzo Fratini, sarà affidata alle percussioni, ai pianoforti e a tre voci soliste, con il coro composto, per l’occasione, dalle voci adulte insieme alle voci bianche dell’Accademia del Maggio. La direttrice del coro di voci bianche è Sara Matteucci.

Sul palco la soprano Aloisia de Nardis, il tenore Marco Ciaponi e il baritono Roberto De Candia.

The package comprises XCA160H all-terrain cranes, XCR90 rough terrain cranes and an XLC18000M crawler crane, providing a comprehensive fleet across both wheeled and crawler crane categories.

Il contributo coprirà il 60% della spesa sostenuta nel 2025 per il fabbisogno idrico annuale, al netto del bonus idrico nazionale. La misura viene finanziata attraverso uno stanziamento comunale di 50mila euro, proveniente dagli oneri di natura sociale previsti nelle tariffe del servizio idrico.

Il Comune è riuscito ad ampliare la platea dei beneficiari anche innalzando la soglia Isee richiesta per presentare domanda, portandola da 15mila a 20mila euro per le famiglie con almeno quattro figli a carico.

L’obiettivo è rendere il sostegno più accessibile a chi affronta le difficoltà legate al caro vita, intercettando nuovi bisogni e rafforzando il ruolo dei servizi sociali nel supporto ai cittadini.

Soddisfazione è stata espressa dall’assessora al Sociale Mariavittoria Michelacci, che ha sottolineato come il risultato ottenuto dimostri l’efficacia dell’intervento.

Luglio, che per la città è tradizionalmente mese di festività laiche e religiose, offrirà quest’anno un calendario diffuso tra incontri, mostre, festival e nuovi spazi, come un grande laboratorio culturale all’aria aperta.

Tra gli appuntamenti più attesi figura il dialogo tra i libri e gli eventi cittadini maggiori. Come il Pistoia Blues Festival, giunto alla 45esima edizione, che ospiterà incontri dedicati alla letteratura musicale con autori e giornalisti specializzati, o Eurogym 2026, la grande manifestazione europea non competitiva di ginnastica giovanile, che dall’8 al 17 luglio prevederà anche sette incontri di promozione della lettura in altrettante lingue.

L’estate dei libri raggiungerà anche le frazioni attraverso il ciclo Leggere, raccontare e incontrarsi d’estate, pensato per intercettare nuovi pubblici e portare la lettura anche nei territori più decentrati.

A rafforzare questa presenza contribuirà l’installazione di nuove casette dei libri, che porteranno a dieci il numero complessivo delle strutture attivate dall’inizio dell’anno.

Prosegue inoltre il coinvolgimento delle librerie cittadine, che continueranno a ospitare presentazioni, gruppi di lettura e attività rivolte a tutte le età.

L’esposizione propone un percorso tra documenti storici, abiti, accessori e ricami che raccontano l’evoluzione del costume pistoiese tra Settecento e Novecento.

L’iniziativa propone una selezione di materiali che spaziano dal Settecento al Novecento, con particolare attenzione alle pubblicazioni dedicate alla moda tra Ottocento e Novecento. Ad arricchire il percorso espositivo saranno anche i cosiddetti dipinti ad ago, raffinati tessuti ricamati provenienti dal Museo del Ricamo di Pistoia, insieme ad alcuni costumi realizzati per le sfilate storiche della Giostra dell’Orso.

La mostra è articolata in 12 sezioni, ognuna dedicata a una diversa interpretazione del tema della moda. Il filo conduttore è rappresentato dal lavoro artigianale che trasforma filati e tessuti in abiti, accessori e opere decorative, mettendo in luce il valore della manualità e della cura delle creazioni nel tempo.

L’esposizione vuole esprimere soprattutto questo: cucire, tessere, ricamare, rammendare e lavorare a maglia sono anche modi per narrare e tramandare. Un archivio tessile privato, intimo, può restituire una memoria storica collettiva e, contemporaneamente, valorizzare la creatività delle modiste e delle ricamatrici pistoiesi.

L’inaugurazione sarà a ingresso libero, fino a esaurimento dei posti disponibili.

La mostra sarà visitabile negli orari di apertura della Biblioteca Forteguerriana: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9 alle 13,30, mentre il martedì e il giovedì sarà aperta anche nel pomeriggio, dalle 15 alle 17,30. L’esposizione rimarrà allestita fino al 30 settembre, consentendo ai visitatori di approfondire un patrimonio documentario e artistico dedicato alla storia della moda e delle lavorazioni tessili.
