COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

ATLANTA, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Airway Therapeutics, Inc., a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company developing novel biologic therapies for respiratory, inflammatory, and infectious diseases, today announced the closing of a $50 million equity round to support the continued late-stage clinical development of zelpultide alfa, the Company’s novel recombinant human surfactant protein D (rhSP-D).

The E-round consists of $26 million previously raised through a SAFE financing and $24 million through the Company’s Series E-2 round. Proceeds will primarily support Airway’s completion of the ongoing Phase 2b portion of the Phase 2b/3 clinical trial evaluating zelpultide alfa for the prevention of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in very preterm infants, as well as associated chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) and analytical activities required to advance the program.

The Series E-2 round received broad participation from Airway’s existing investor base, with approximately 94% of existing investors participating in the round. Participants included Cincinnati Children’s and a syndicate of large family offices, who are committed to advancing novel therapies for serious respiratory diseases.

“We are extremely pleased by the strong participation and continued support of our existing investors, with approximately 94% of our current cap table participating in the Series E-2 round, reflecting their confidence in Airway, our team and the potential of zelpultide alfa,” said Marc Salzberg, MD, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Airway Therapeutics. “With this round, we are well positioned to maintain momentum across our late-stage clinical program as we evaluate zelpultide alfa for the prevention of BPD in very preterm infants, a population with significant unmet medical need and no approved preventive therapies.”

“This round further solidifies Airway’s financial position as we execute the ongoing Phase 2b/3 clinical trial and prepare for the program’s next important development milestones,” said Alan S. Wolk, MBA, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Airway Therapeutics. “The proceeds provide us with the capital to support the clinical study as well as the CMC and BLA readiness analytical work necessary to advance zelpultide alfa through late-stage development in a disciplined and efficient manner.”

Airway’s next major development milestone is the planned interim analysis marking the completion of the Phase 2b portion of the ongoing Phase 2b/3 clinical trial. Results from the interim analysis are expected by the end of the second quarter of 2027.

About Zelpultide AlfaZelpultide alfa is a recombinant human surfactant protein D (rhSP-D) precisely engineered to replicate the native protein’s full quaternary structure and biological function, incorporating optimized glycosylation through advanced cell line technology. Its therapeutic activity is driven by three key mechanisms: modulation of immune responses to mitigate excessive inflammation, enhancement of pathogen recognition and clearance, and maintenance of surfactant homeostasis to support pulmonary function. As a versatile biologic platform, zelpultide alfa is being developed for patients across all age groups—from preventing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in very preterm infants to treating acute and chronic respiratory, inflammatory and infectious conditions in adults.

Zelpultide alfa’s lead indication, BPD prevention, is currently progressing through a Phase 2b/3 clinical trial, following a Phase 1b study that demonstrated a favorable safety and tolerability profile.

About Airway TherapeuticsAirway Therapeutics is a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company developing a new class of biologic therapies to redefine the prevention and treatment of respiratory, inflammatory, and infectious diseases. Its lead candidate, zelpultide alfa, is currently in late-stage clinical development for the prevention of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in very preterm infants, a condition with no approved preventive therapies. As a platform biologic, zelpultide alfa is also being advanced for broader application across age groups and disease settings, with the goal of improving outcomes for vulnerable patient populations.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

For 53% of active solar users, easy DIY installation was the deciding purchase factor yet misconceptions around regulations and rental rights hold back 76% of interested consumers.

DÜSSELDORF, Germany, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — German consumers are eager for solar energy, but fear of bureaucracy and technical friction continues to stall mass adoption. According to a new study by Zendure, a global pioneer in plug-in HEMS (Home Energy Management Systems), 76 percent of surveyed non-solar households express strong interest in home solar systems. However, practical everyday barriers are keeping them on the sidelines: 29 percent of renters are unsure about their installation rights, 27 percent feel overwhelmed by regulations and paperwork, and 22 percent consider the setup too complicated. In contrast, current user experience proves the power of simplicity: 53 percent of existing solar owners cited easy, DIY-friendly installation as the most critical factor in their purchasing decision.

The findings highlight a growing complexity paradox for renters, newcomers, and less tech-savvy consumers navigating product selection, regulatory frameworks, and cost-benefit calculations. While the appetite is clear, 17 percent of non-owners have researched solar systems extensively and another 54 percent have conducted initial research, most consumers still lack the targeted guidance needed to turn general interest into a confident purchase decision.

Perception vs. Reality: Regulatory Doubts Persist

Among the biggest roadblocks are everyday legal and practical questions. Nearly a third (29 percent) of respondents without solar live in rented accommodation and are uncertain whether they are permitted to install a balcony or plug-in system. Furthermore, more than one in four (27 percent) find current regulations, permits, and registration procedures unclear, while 22 percent are deterred by perceived technical complexity.

Crucially, the study reveals that many of these hurdles are more perceived than real. Since 2024, German legislation has explicitly granted tenants the legal right to install plug-in solar systems, raised the feed-in limit to 800 W, and streamlined registration into a single, simplified market master data entry (Marktstammdatenregister). The current bottleneck is therefore no longer regulatory, but informational, consumers still perceive solar as a daunting technical project, even though the legal and technical pathways have never been more accessible.

Product Overwhelm and Decision Fatigue

In addition to legal and technical questions, product selection itself also presents a challenge. Eighteen percent of respondents find it difficult to choose the right product from the multitude of available solutions. An equal number perceive a lack of clear and trustworthy information. Consumers often struggle to determine which system best suits their household, available space, and individual electricity consumption. At the same time, they must compare different storage capacities, performance levels, installation methods, and control options.

Simplicity Outweighs Price: The Deciding Factor

For 53 percent, easy installation and the ability to set up the system independently was the single most important factor in their buying decision—ranking far ahead of superior technology (32 percent), value for money (31 percent), customer reviews (28 percent), or warranty coverage (27 percent). Design was a primary consideration for just 8 percent. Simplicity and reliability remain essential throughout the system lifecycle: 52 percent of all respondents rate these qualities as very important, and for another 33 percent, they are indispensable. As dynamic tariffs become widespread, knowing when to store, consume, or feed power back into the grid introduces the next wave of complexity. Future-proof solutions must make both initial setup and day-to-day energy management entirely effortless.

“There is tremendous enthusiasm for solar energy in Germany, but many consumers feel left to their own devices when navigating the transition,” says Bryan Liu, CEO of Zendure. “Regulatory ambiguity, technical questions, and a crowded product landscape are holding people back. To drive real energy independence at home, our industry must make solar and storage not just more efficient, but radically simpler, more transparent, and more reliable. Lowering the barrier to entry gives consumers the confidence to participate in the energy transition without unnecessary stress.”

Methodology Note

[1] The survey was conducted by Arlington Research on behalf of Zendure among 835 respondents across Germany in December 2025.

About Zendure

Driven by our purpose to accelerate a sustainable future, Zendure is a global pioneer of plug-in HEMS. With R&D and operations centers spanning major tech hubs like Silicon Valley and the Greater Bay Area, alongside Japan and Germany, our vision is to become The Home Energy Hub of the AI Era.
Individuals in the U.S. can now add Humanity Biological Age’s lab-informed insights to select health profile tests purchased through Quest’s consumer-initiated testing platform

LONDON, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Humanity Health Inc. (“Humanity”), the longevity science company, and Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX) today announced that Humanity Biological Age, Humanity’s scientifically validated model for measuring biological age from biomarker lab test results, is now available in the United States for the first time through questhealth.com, Quest’s consumer-initiated testing platform.

Individuals now have the option to select the Humanity Biological Age add-on when purchasing select health profile tests from questhealth.com including Elite Health Profile, Men’s and Women’s Comprehensive Health Profiles, and Fitness Profile — Elite, with no additional blood draw needed. After completing a health profile sample collection at one of Quest’s approximately 2,000 patient service centers across the U.S., customers can upload their lab results from Quest directly to Humanity’s platform. The Humanity Biological Age add-on will cost $29 at questhealth.com.

The Humanity Biological Age report gives individuals a scientifically validated measure of biological age from their lab results, alongside their age difference, which shows how that estimate compares with their chronological age. For those who test more than once, it also shows how that difference is trending over time. The report identifies which of the body’s systems are influencing the result, including cardiovascular, metabolic, liver, kidney, blood, immune and inflammatory, hormonal, and bone and mineral health. Each is expressed as the number of years it adds to or subtracts from the biological age result. The report also includes general information on lifestyle actions associated with biological age.

Biological age is a measure of how well a person’s body is functioning, rather than simply how many years they have lived. Developed with Imperial College London, Humanity Biological Age turns the biomarkers measured in routine blood tests into a single, easy-to-understand, biological age number that individuals can act on and track over time.

Humanity Biological Age is built on research published in the peer-reviewed journal Communications Biology, a Nature Publishing Group journal. The model was trained on more than 306,000 UK Biobank participants followed for an average of 11.6 years, and validated on a separate cohort. In data captured by Humanity, 83% of individuals said their Humanity Biological Age result would prompt them to improve their lifestyle, and 80% said they intended to retest within six to 12 months to see whether their changes were reflected in their biological age.1

With this launch, Humanity Biological Age is available in five countries, with further markets to follow.

“Humanity is excited to bring Humanity Biological Age to people in the United States for the first time through questhealth.com,” said Pete Ward, co-founder and CEO of Humanity. “Until now, a rigorously validated measure on biological age has been available to very few people. Our mission is to give a billion years of health back to the world by the end of the decade, and that means putting this insight in the hands of the many, starting with people who are already taking a blood test.”

“Quest is focused on delivering solutions that enable people to own their health,” said Richard Adams, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Consumer at Quest Diagnostics. “As interest in preventive health and wellness continues to grow, our work with Humanity to provide novel lab-informed insights via the Humanity Biological Age report, can inspire people to take a more proactive role in their health.”

Humanity is providing the Biological Age report, so it is important for purchasers to understand Humanity’s terms and conditions for their report. Quest is unable to provide a refund for tests and/or reports provided by third parties like Humanity. The Biological Age report is a general wellness offering.

SHANGHAI, 25 agosto 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The House of Harry Winston, il leggendario marchio di gioielli e orologi noto come “King of Diamonds”, presenta la sua magnifica esposizione di alta gioielleria e orologi “Rare Jewels of the World” a Shanghai, in Cina.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

SWI Group accelerates transition into Digital Infrastructure

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

SINGAPORE and AMSTERDAM, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SWI Capital Holding Ltd (Euronext Amsterdam: SWICH, (“SWI Group”) the listed investment group, today confirms the strategic shift that has reshaped its business strategy over the past year: over 80% of the Group’s capital is now allocated to a transatlantic digital-infrastructure platform exceeding 4 GW, with ambitions to increase share to 90%.

Under the leadership of co-founders Max-Hervé George and Jaume Sabater, SWI Group became a listed investment group that deploys its own balance sheet across high-growth private market opportunities, alongside its established asset management activities. The Group is accelerating the growth of its own capital investment activity with most of the focus on data centers and AI infrastructure and expects to deliver double-digit balance sheet growth in 2026.

SWI DIGITAL

With the assistance of Morgan Stanley & Co LLC, acting as exclusive financial advisor for the acquisition, SWI Group has secured, through acquisitions and restructuring, a controlling stake of over 70% in GDA, which will be renamed SWI Digital and will be the Group’s US focused digital infrastructure platform.

DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE DRIVING VALUE CREATION

SWI Group has strategically focused its capital allocation on digital infrastructure, investing consistently in the sector over the past five years to build a European and US portfolio with a combined power capacity in excess of 4 GW. As of today, more than 80% of SWI Group’s capital is allocated to digital infrastructure, with the intention to increase this to above 90% over time. SWI Group’s digital infrastructure investments are anchored by two platforms:

FROM LAND AND POWER TO COMPUTE: HPC AND GPU-AS-A-SERVICE

Beyond the ownership of land, power and data-center capacity, SWI Group is moving up the value chain into AI compute. The Group will leverage on its own highly experienced team and balance sheet depth to develop in-house its proprietary AI-cloud platform designed to deliver GPU-accelerated compute to enterprises, research institutions and AI developers.

Combining AiOnX’s and GDA’s energised sites with the Group’s HPC layer gives SWI a vertically integrated digital-infrastructure stack, allowing the Group to capture value at each layer of the AI-infrastructure chain.

POLARISE TRANSACTION

In relation to the partnership with Polarise announced earlier this year, both parties mutually agreed not to pursue the originally proposed completion of this transaction.

Rather than purchasing a majority ownership in Polarise, SWI Group will provide financing to accelerate Polarise’s strategic expansion; the two entities will remain separated and grow in their own distinct ways.

STRATEGIC INITIATIVES BEYOND DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Beyond digital infrastructure, SWI Group continues to host a diversified set of investments with distinct return drivers. These include:

Max-Hervé George, co-founder and CEO of SWI Group declared: “Our transformation into a listed investment group gave us the balance-sheet firepower and the agility to back the trends we believe will define the next decade. Digital infrastructure sits at the heart of that conviction, and the creation of SWI Digital is a defining step for the Group.”

Jaume Sabater, co-founder of SWI Group and Chief Executive Officer of Stoneweg, added: “Listing on Euronext Amsterdam has allowed us to focus on investing our own balance sheet with discipline and conviction. It positions the Group to capture value at pace and at scale. Completing our controlling stake in GDA is the clearest demonstration of this strategy to date.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Cambrex, a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), today announced the successful completion of three Pre-Approval Inspections (PAIs) at its High Point, North Carolina facility by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Japan’s Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA), and Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). The completion of all three inspections enables High Point to manufacture approved active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for the United States, Japan, and Australia, establishing the facility as the newest commercial manufacturing site within the Cambrex global network.

PAIs are conducted by regulatory agencies to assess a facility’s quality systems, manufacturing processes, data integrity, and operational controls before commercial products can be approved for manufacture at the site.

The milestone follows Cambrex’s $38 million expansion of the High Point facility completed in 2023, which added analytical and chemical development laboratories, clinical manufacturing suites, and commercial manufacturing operations with reactors up to 2,000 liters. The site is designed to support lower-volume commercial products, including orphan drugs, precision medicines, and other specialized therapies serving smaller patient populations.

“Successfully completing these inspections demonstrates the strength of our quality systems and the dedication of the High Point team,” said Thomas Loewald, Chief Executive Officer, Cambrex. “As more therapies are developed for targeted patient populations, the industry increasingly requires commercial manufacturing capacity at smaller scales. High Point was purpose-built to meet that need, providing customers with an efficient and flexible path from development to long-term commercial supply.”

High Point complements Cambrex’s global development and manufacturing network by providing customers with a seamless path from process development and clinical manufacturing through commercial production. The addition of commercial manufacturing capabilities in North Carolina further expands the company’s ability to support customer programs throughout the product lifecycle.

About CambrexCambrex is a leading global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that provides drug substance development and manufacturing across the entire drug lifecycle, as well as comprehensive analytical services.

With over 45 years of experience and a team of 2,000 experts servicing global clients from North America and Europe, Cambrex offers a range of specialized drug substance technologies and capabilities, including continuous flow, controlled substances, peptide synthesis, solid-state science, biocatalysis, material characterization, complex synthetics, and highly potent APIs.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — With less than two weeks to go, Furniture China and Maison Shanghai 2026, organized by CNFA and IM Sinoexpo, are entering the final countdown to their September return to Shanghai Pudong, bringing together sourcing, manufacturing, design and business opportunities across two venues.

Together, the two shows will feature 3,200+ exhibiting brands across 350,000 sqm, with over 200,000 professional visitors expected. Furniture China, running Sept. 8–11 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), focuses on furniture manufacturing, trade and supply chain, while Maison Shanghai, held Sept. 7–10 at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC), adds interiors, design, lifestyle and new market perspectives. For buyers, the combination creates a journey from supplier sourcing and product comparison to design inspiration and market insight.

What to Source in Shanghai

At
Furniture China, upgraded category halls make sourcing more targeted. Hall E4 Outdoor Furniture covers outdoor, garden, resort and leisure solutions; Hall N2 Dining Plus presents dining furniture through living scenarios; and Hall E5 Commercial Furniture focuses on office, contract, hospitality and project applications. FMC China extends the route into materials, components, fabrics, hardware, wood resources and smart manufacturing. Participation will span brands from 25 countries and regions, with dedicated pavilions from France, Singapore, Türkiye and Malaysia.

Maison Shanghai complements this sourcing depth through its new 4 Theme Halls + 1 Design Gathering Programme, connecting decoration aesthetics, new channels, contemporary design and future innovation. Together, the events allow buyers, designers, hospitality professionals and project decision-makers to explore commercial and creative opportunities in one Shanghai trip.

More for Overseas Buyers

The overseas visitor experience has also improved. Overseas Buyer Lounge has moved to E8A, 2F, near Entrance Hall 3 at SNIEC, offering a dedicated place to rest, recharge and connect. From Sept. 8–10, 17:00–19:00, the lounge will host DTS × Happy Hour, supported by RELLY, PI FURNITURE, UINTO and RELLA. International visitors can register for the event via the DTS FurnitureChina App.

Explore practical visitor support for your Shanghai trip, including visa invitation letters, special hotel rates, flight offers, airport shuttle services and transportation guidance.
