L’obiettivo della Regione è garantire il massimo supporto ai territori colpiti e predisporre tempestivamente tutta la documentazione necessaria per le eventuali successive richieste di riconoscimento dello stato di emergenza di rilievo nazionale”.

Nelle prossime settimane saranno individuati i singoli Comuni colpiti. Gli eventi registrati hanno presentato caratteristiche differenziate sul territorio regionale e, fatta eccezione per la Lunigiana, interessata anche da forti precipitazioni, sono stati prevalentemente contraddistinti da fenomeni intensi legati al vento. Proprio la particolarità degli effetti prodotti ha reso necessario un approfondito lavoro istruttorio per consentire una corretta valutazione dei danni, coerente con i criteri tecnici adottati dal sistema di Protezione civile.

La dichiarazione dello stato di emergenza regionale consente ora agli uffici regionali di acquisire tutte le informazioni necessarie per predisporre il Piano degli interventi, attraverso il quale saranno individuate le misure urgenti da finanziare e realizzare. In particolare, il Piano comprenderà gli interventi finalizzati all’assistenza e al sostegno della popolazione interessata dagli eventi, oltre agli interventi di somma urgenza già attivati dagli enti locali e dagli altri soggetti competenti.

Successivamente alla definizione del Piano sarà possibile procedere alla valutazione complessiva degli effetti dell’evento sul patrimonio privato e sul sistema economico-produttivo dei territori colpiti, nel rispetto delle procedure e dei criteri stabiliti dalla normativa nazionale di Protezione civile.

La Regione ricorda che gli eventuali contributi destinati ai cittadini potranno riguardare esclusivamente i danni alle abitazioni principali di residenza e dimora abituale, secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa nazionale vigente. Non sono invece ammissibili contributi per danni subiti da seconde case o immobili non destinati a residenza principale.

Le compresse sono destinate al trattamento delle raccolte d’acqua che non possono essere eliminate, come tombini, caditoie e pozzetti, luoghi nei quali possono svilupparsi le larve delle zanzare. Le indicazioni sanitarie prevedono infatti l’utilizzo periodico di prodotti larvicidi, nel rispetto delle modalità e delle tempistiche riportate sull’etichetta, con la necessità di ripetere il trattamento dopo forti piogge.

Con la ripresa della distribuzione, l’Amministrazione comunale intende quindi mettere nuovamente a disposizione delle famiglie uno strumento utile per contribuire alla prevenzione e al contenimento della proliferazione delle zanzare nelle aree private.

Per quanto riguarda gli spazi e le aree pubbliche, gli interventi di trattamento saranno effettuati direttamente dall’Amministrazione.

La ripresa della distribuzione si inserisce nelle attività di prevenzione e controllo delle zanzare, che assumono particolare importanza anche in considerazione del protrarsi delle condizioni climatiche favorevoli alla loro presenza e nell’ambito delle misure di prevenzione della trasmissione del virus Dengue.

Court finds AEKE’s fitness equipment infringes Speediance’s registered EU design and bars advertising, offering, or selling of the infringing equipment in Germany 

SHENZHEN, China, Sept. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Shenzhen Speediance Life Tech Limited (“Speediance”), creator of the Gym Monster smart strength training system, today announced that the Cologne Regional Court (Landgericht Köln, Case No. 31 O 132/26) has upheld an interim injunction against Shenzhen Qudong Future Technology Co., Ltd. (“AEKE”) for infringing Speediance’s registered design in Germany. 

Following the identification of AEKE’s disputed product at the FIBO trade fair, Speediance took prompt legal action and issued a warning letter to AEKE on April 16, 2026. On April 17, 2026, the Cologne Regional Court granted an interim injunction prohibiting AEKE from advertising, offering, or selling the disputed fitness equipment in Germany. 

AEKE subsequently challenged the injunction, resulting in a hearing before the Cologne Regional Court on June 25, 2026. Following the hearing, the court upheld the interim injunction in its entirety, confirming that the original order granted on April 17, 2026 remains effective. The ruling further requires the removal of the disputed products and related marketing materials from the German market.

Una squadra dei vigili del fuoco del distaccamento di Pescia è intervenuta oggi (4 settembre) poco dopo le 13 per il crollo improvviso di una porzione di gronda nei pressi di un negozio di telefonia a Borgo a Buggiano.

La squadra, con l’ausilio di un secondo mezzo giunto dal distaccamento di Montecatini per i lavori in quota, ha provveduto a eliminare la porzione di gronda pericolante mettendo in sicurezza l’area adiacente il negozio.

Sul posto è intervenuta in prima battuta anche un’ambulanza in via precauzionale.
