COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Twelve-month findings showed favorable and consistent trends for participants receiving SKY-0515 across all four cUHDRS subcomponents, including Total Functional Capacity (TFC), Total Motor Score (TMS), Symbol Digit Modalities Test (SDMT), and Stroop Word Reading Test (SWRT)

Skyhawk also releases Clinician and Patient Global Impression (CGI and PGI) improvement of disease survey data, which shows that at twelve months no clinician or patient assessed disease progression – all saw either disease stabilization, or improvement

BOSTON, June 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Skyhawk Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel small molecule therapies designed to modulate RNA targets, announces cUHDRS subcomponent data from the twelve-month interim analysis of data from its Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating SKY-0515, an oral investigational treatment for Huntington’s disease (HD).

The twelve-month data, shared at the European Academy of Neurology, shows favorable and consistent trends for participants on SKY-0515 across all cUHDRS subcomponents, including Total Functional Capacity (TFC), Total Motor Score (TMS), Symbol Digit Modalities Test (SDMT), and Stroop Word Reading Test (SWRT).

At twelve months, participants receiving SKY-0515 demonstrated favorable mean change from baseline TFC score of +0.07, compared with an expected worsening of -0.87 points from propensity score-weighted analyses which use Enroll-HD natural history datasets.

At twelve months, participants receiving SKY-0515 demonstrated favorable mean change from baseline TMS score of -2.00, compared with an expected worsening of 2.21 points from propensity score-weighted analyses which use Enroll-HD natural history datasets.

At twelve months, participants receiving SKY-0515 demonstrated favorable stabilization of mean change from baseline SDMT score of -0.19, compared with an expected worsening of -1.78 points from propensity score-weighted analyses which use Enroll-HD natural history datasets.

At twelve months, participants receiving SKY-0515 demonstrated favorable mean change from baseline SWRT score of +3.44, compared with an expected worsening of -3.13 points from propensity score-weighted analyses which use Enroll-HD natural history datasets.

Skyhawk also released today Clinician and Patient Global Impression (CGI and PGI) improvement of disease survey interim data, assessed by clinicians or their participants over twelve months. For HD participants for whom Huntington’s disease is expected to cause considerable disease worsening of over twelve months, no clinicians or participants assessed any worsening at twelve months and 65% of participants and 50% of clinicians assessed that there had been improvement.

Treatment with SKY-0515 resulted in dose-dependent reductions in mutant huntingtin (mHTT) protein in blood of up to 69% as well as reductions in PMS1 mRNA of up to 26%. Mutant huntingtin is the primary protein responsible for HD pathology, while PMS1 is a key driver of somatic CAG repeat expansion associated with disease progression.

“We are pleased to share this exciting subcomponent data from our cUHDRS assessments, including TFC and TMS data on functional and motor capacity and SDMT and SWRT cognitive test data,” said Sergey Paushkin, Head of R&D at Skyhawk Therapeutics.

“And we are excited by the fact that participants and their clinicians, for whom Huntington’s disease is expected to cause considerable disease worsening, see no worsening at twelve months — and 65% of participants and 50% of clinicians assessed that there had been improvement. This further confirms for us the exciting possibility that SKY-0515’s compelling and consistent effect on the critical biomarkers of mHTT and PMS1 may offer Huntington’s patients a type of therapy they have long deserved, in a convenient daily pill.”

SKY-0515 has demonstrated excellent central nervous system exposure and has been generally safe and well tolerated across dose levels studied. There are more than 175 participants enrolled in Skyhawk’s SKY-0515 program, in five countries.

Huntington’s disease is a rare, hereditary, and ultimately fatal neurodegenerative disorder affecting more than 40,000 symptomatic individuals in the United States, with hundreds of thousands more impacted worldwide. There are currently no approved therapies shown to slow or halt disease progression.

SKY-0515 is an orally administered investigational small molecule RNA splicing modifier developed using the company’s proprietary SKYSTAR® platform. SKY-0515 is designed to reduce both mHTT and PMS1 proteins.

Skyhawk’s SKYSTAR platform has already generated a number of additional novel therapies targeting rare neurological diseases with no approved disease-modifying treatment. The company plans to take additional programs into clinical development by the end of 2027.

About SKY-0515’s Phase 1/2 Clinical Program SKY-0515’s Phase 1/2 clinical trial is a first-in-human study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of SKY-0515 in healthy volunteers and participants with early-stage Huntington’s disease (HD), as well as to assess biomarkers including mutant HTT protein and PMS1 mRNA, and efficacy endpoints including cUHDRS and its subcomponents Total Functional Capacity (TFC), Total Motor Score (TMS), Symbol Digit Modalities Test (SDMT), and Stroop Word Reading Test (SWRT).

The Phase 1/2 trial consists of three parts. Parts A and B evaluated SKY-0515 in Healthy Volunteers. Part C is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group study evaluating two dose levels of SKY-0515 in people living with Huntington’s disease with early-stage HD (HD-ISS Stage 1, Stage 2, or mild Stage 3) over 84 days, followed by a twelve-month blinded extension period during which all participants receive active treatment at either a low or high dose.

Enrollment in the Phase 1/2 study is complete.

About SKY-0515’s Phase 2/3 FALCON-HD (004-ANZ and 004-WW) Pivotal Program SKY-0515’s FALCON-HD pivotal program (NCT06873334 and NCT07378644) is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study evaluating the pharmacodynamics, efficacy and safety of SKY-0515.

FALCON-HD 004-ANZ enrolled 144 participants with Stage 2 and early Stage 3 HD across sites in Australia and New Zealand, and enrollment is complete. FALCON-HD 004-WW plans to enroll up to an additional 400 participants with Stage 2 and early Stage 3 HD across more than 40 sites worldwide and is actively treating patients at a number of these sites already.

Additional information regarding FALCON-HD, including participating sites and eligibility criteria, is available at ClinicalTrials.gov and www.FALCON-HD.com.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

MESSI SHOW – Tre partite e sei gol.

World’s First Commercial Multimodal LLM for Cultural Tourism Enters Broad Application

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

XI’AN, CHINA – Media OutReach Newswire – 29 June 2026 – The world’s first commercial multimodal large language model (LLM) for cultural tourism, called BoGuan, has entered broad application in Xi’an, China. This model generates commercial returns by supporting the creation of digital IP for intangible cultural heritage, the development of cultural tourism applications, and the improvement of short drama production. This is injecting new momentum into both China’s heritage preservation initiatives and the cultural tourism industry.

Xi’an is one of China’s oldest cities and one of its most popular international tourist destinations. Shaanxi Culture Industry Investment Group (SCG) is working with partners like Huawei, China Telecom Shaanxi, and China West Airport Group (CWAG) to promote cultural tourism using digital technologies including AI and 5G-A.For example, BoGuan is used to support a new AI travel companion agent that had been made available to over 4 million users by March of this year.

In September 2025, SCG and Huawei unveiled the BoGuan Large Model, the world’s first commercial multimodal LLM for cultural tourism. It is also China’s first industry-specific model dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage. This model is built on intelligent computing infrastructure and a high-quality dataset. The dataset has over 1.2 PB of data, including 31 million images, 4.4 million minutes of video footage, 2.18 million minutes of audio recordings, 510 3D models, and 960 million pieces of structured text.

BoGuan can generate highly-accurate multimodal content, such as museum-quality content about cultural relics. This allows it to support the creation of new digital relic presentations, the digitalization and preservation of traditional craftsmanship, and the creation of digital IP for intangible cultural heritage. Zhang Beiyuan, a dough sculpture artisan, said, “With this model, I can complete a dough sculpture that used to take two or three months in less than a week.” BoGuan is also used to create digital IP like the popular cartoon character Tang Biaobiao, which is designed by integrating local cultural heritage elements with the stone carvings of the Six Steeds of Zhao Mausoleum. The sales of related digital collectibles and creative products have exceeded CNY2 million.

In addition to supporting cultural heritage preservation, BoGuan has been used to develop a range of cultural tourism apps, such as AI photography and AI travel companion agent. Visitors can directly talk with this agent on the GO-SHAANXI app to create and adjust travel itineraries and get real-time performance recommendations at attractions. The Zhiying Camera mini program provides paid services that instantly integrate user photos with AI-generated scenes from history, allowing visitors to “travel back to ancient times.” These new consumption options unlock the business value of quality cultural tourism data. Furthermore, SCG is using BoGuan to integrate short drama production with cultural tourism and improve production efficiency and quality in Xi’an, a renowned short drama hub.

Additionally, China Telecom Shaanxi and Huawei have deployed a 5G-A network based on three component carrier aggregation (3CC) technology at Xi’an’s Grand Tang Mall, a popular tourist attraction. The network delivers peak uplink and downlink rates of 600 Mbps and 3.5 Gbps, respectively, about 10 times faster than common 5G networks. During the 2026 May Day holiday, this network supported concurrent access for 23,000 users, guaranteeing smooth video watching and social media experiences. Furthermore, 5G-A-powered HD live streaming at the Grand Tang Mall has become an important way for the attraction to bring in new visitors. According to public data, the average user dwell time of these live streams has nearly doubled and the average transaction value has increased by 62%.

Edric Chu, General Manager of Huawei’s Shaanxi Rep Office, said, “Artificial intelligence is not simply a stack of technologies. It has become a key enabler that can activate thousands of years of cultural heritage, reshape travel experiences, and inject new momentum into the industry. Moving forward, Huawei will continue working with our partners to enhance cultural heritage preservation with digital and intelligent technologies, and stimulate development within the cultural tourism industry.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Ferrero publishes its 17th Sustainability Report, positioning its Ferrero Farming Values approach to ingredients sourcing at the core of its strategy and highlighting progress across its sustainability framework four pillars – climate and environment, sourcing, responsible consumption and people.

LUXEMBOURG, June 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ferrero releases its Sustainability Report for the 2024/25 financial year, outlining how the company translates commitments into concrete action and measurable progress.

Published as Ferrero celebrates its 80th anniversary, the report highlights how sustainability initiatives are embedded across its business and are aimed at supporting sustainable food systems end-to-end: from the farms and communities where ingredients are sourced, to its factories, products and people. It also shows the enhanced Ferrero Farming Values framework as a central driver of the Group’s approach to sourcing ingredients and resilience across supply chains.

“Ferrero’s long-term success remains closely linked to the wellbeing of the people and ecosystems on which our supply chain depends. Consumers are increasingly looking for brands they can trust — built on quality, good sourcing practices, careful manufacturing, and a genuine commitment to people and the planet.

Guided by our purpose and long-term vision, we will continue supporting initiatives related to the protection of natural resources, the support of our people, communities and partners and the creation of products that delight consumers for generations to come.” said Giovanni Ferrero, President of Ferrero Group.

Rooted in Ferrero’s long-standing sacco conosciuto philosophy – “knowing what is in the bag” – Ferrero Farming Values is built around five core elements: supplier due diligence, supply chain traceability and visibility, certification and standards, farming practices and communities, and sector transformation, where collaboration with stakeholders is essential to addressing systemic challenges. They provide a consistent, yet flexible framework to address the specific risks and opportunities of the supply chain for key ingredients such as cocoa, palm oil, hazelnuts, coffee and dairy.

“Ferrero Farming Values translates our sustainability approach into concrete actions across the sourcing of our key ingredients” said Lapo Civiletti, Chief Executive Officer of Ferrero Group. “It provides a structured framework to strengthen supplier accountability, improve traceability and certification, support farmers, and drive collaboration across the sector — while allowing us to adapt to the specific realities of each ingredient supply chain.”

Key highlights from the 2025 Sustainability Report

Sourcing ingredients sustainably

– Key ingredients achieved high levels of traceability: cocoa reached 98% traceability to farm polygon maps, palm oil reached 98.6% traceability to plantation, hazelnuts reached 97% traceability to farmer and coffee beans reached 100% traceability to plantation polygon maps.- Nearly 230,000 supply chain polygons from coffee, palm oil and cocoa suppliers were analyzed through Ferrero’s EUDR-aligned monitoring process, strengthening visibility and supporting deforestation-free sourcing.- 99% of cocoa volumes were sourced through certifications or other independently managed standards such as Rainforest Alliance, Cocoa Horizons and Fairtrade, 100% of palm oil volumes were RSPO-certified and 100% of coffee beans were Rainforest Alliance Certified under the segregated supply chain model.- Continued partnerships to support farming communities, including the expansion of the impactful Save the Children program in Côte d’Ivoire, set to reach 235 cocoa-producing communities by 2030.

Climate, environmental stewardship and packaging circularity

– Continued development of the Climate Transition Plan supported by the launch of the Decarbonization Hub, a new tool enabling manufacturing sites to design and implement scalable decarbonization roadmaps across operations.- Launched a Scope 3 supplier data campaign covering around 60% of raw material volumes with a 93% supplier submission rate.- Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions reduced by 7.2% year-on-year, supported by continued energy transition efforts, including 24 plants operating on 100% renewable electricity from the grid.- Completed the first Group-wide Water Corporate Footprint assessment and joined the Alliance for Water Stewardship.- 92.9% of overall packaging was designed for recyclability, reusability or compostability, while 86.8% was recyclable, reusable or compostable in practice and at scale.- Redesign of Ferrero Rocher boxes contributed to 14.7% reduction in the plastic-to-product ratio versus the 2019/20 baseline avoiding approximately 16,000 tons of plastic cumulatively since September 2021.

Responsible consumption

– Developed science-based Ferrero Nutrition Criteria to steer product innovation and guide portfolio evolution.- Updated our Advertising & Marketing Principles, to reinforce our responsible communications practices.

People and communities

– Fostered a working environment built on inclusion and respect, supporting employee development, wellbeing and human rights across operations.- Delivered the Inclusion & Respect training program that reached 61 countries, with over 500 sessions delivered.- Employee engagement remains strong, with the annual YOU Survey showing an 86% participation rate, with Engagement and Enablement Index scores increasing by 3 and 7 points respectively.- Joy of Moving Program: celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025, reaching more than 4.9 million children across 35 countries and more than 60 million children worldwide since 2005, supported by more than 130 public and private expert partners.

Many travelers extend their stay beyond race weekend, using Japan’s Golden Route — including Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka — as a starting point before continuing on to more local destinations and regional experiences across the country, from the coastal scenery of the Shonan International Marathon to the historic landscapes surrounding the Nara Marathon.

The trend reflects a broader shift towards experience-led travel, where visitors build itineraries around meaningful events rather than traditional sightseeing alone.

Accommodation plays an important role in supporting this style of travel. Apartment-style accommodation allows runners and their companions to stay together comfortably, providing space to prepare before race day and relax afterwards while continuing their journey through Japan.

“As travelers look for more memorable and meaningful experiences, marathon travel is becoming a new way to experience Japan,” said Mochizuki. “It’s no longer just about crossing the finish line. It’s about sharing the journey with the people you travel with.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

MUNICH, June 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Jolywood made a powerful showing at Intersolar Europe 2026, one of the world’s leading exhibition for the PV industry which was held from June 23 to 25 at Messe München in Munich, Germany. During the three-day exhibition, Jolywood presented a series of innovative products and solutions including Namic Technology, Windproof Modules, NIWA Series and integrated system solutions. Among them, Namic Technology made its European debut, attracting widespread attention from customers and partners around the world.

On the evening of the first day of the exhibition, Jolywood hosted a European launch event for the Namic Technology. Global partners and industry experts gathered together to witness its official debut to the European market.

At the launch event, Mr. Chris Zou, Vice President of Jolywood, delivered a speech to introduce this innovation — Namic (Nano Armor Metal Inter-Contact) Technology — the result of six years of dedicated research and development. By reengineering the metallization pathway, the technology drives the industry toward low-silver, reduced-silver, and ultimately silver-free manufacturing. It decouples order delivery from the volatility of silver prices, making investment returns more predictable. Namic Technology has been verified by internationally recognized organizations, demonstrating high reliability, high efficiency, and broad compatibility. Namic products support plants to achieve superior LCOE performance across their full operational lifetime, enhancing the certainty of investment returns and delivering long-term value for customers.

Alongside the Namic launch, Jolywood also presented Windproof Modules at the exhibition, featuring n-type fully-tempered one-stop encapsulation solutions. Windproof Modules deliver outstanding resistance to hurricanes, snowstorms, hail and burst, together with lower temperature coefficient, operating temperature and hot spot temperature, providing higher energy yield and reliability. This solution is ideal for projects operating in harsh and demanding environments worldwide.

Meanwhile, Jolywood showcased its NIWA Series high-efficiency modules, designed for residential and C&I rooftops. The “Balcony PV + Energy Storage” solution and lightweight modules demonstrated new possibilities for residential energy management.

From the European debut of Namic Technology to the showcase of the Windproof Modules and NIWA Series, Jolywood demonstrated its latest achievements at Intersolar Europe 2026. Looking ahead, Jolywood will remain committed to innovation and work closely with partners worldwide to accelerate the global energy transition and contribute to a sustainable future.

The biorefinery Domsjö Fabriker wants to strengthen Sweden’s supply of liquefied biogas, with Adven as infrastructure partner

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

STOCKHOLM, June 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Domsjö Fabriker is moving forward with plans to further develop its existing operations at High Coast Innovation Park in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The project has applied for a subsidy from Klimatklivet, Sweden’s national climate investment programme, to upgrade biogas from industrial processes into liquefied biogas, LBG, which can replace fossil diesel in heavy transport. The aim is to commission the plant during Q4/2028.

The goal is to make better use of side streams and energy flows within the industrial cluster in Örnsköldsvik. Biogas from Domsjö Fabriker, and potentially other parties within the park at a later stage, will be upgraded into liquefied biogas, LBG, to be used as fuel sold on the open market.

Once the plant reaches full capacity, it is expected to be able to replace approximately 100 GWh of fossil diesel per year with 100 GWh of LBG. This corresponds to an annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions of approximately 26,700 tonnes of carbon dioxide.

Sweden is currently highly dependent on imported fuels. Local production of liquefied biogas can contribute to increased regional self-sufficiency, stronger security of supply and better access to fossil-free fuels. This is particularly important for heavy transport, such as trucks and shipping, where the transition away from diesel is more challenging than for passenger cars.

Domsjö Fabriker is collaborating with Adven, an infrastructure partner in energy, water and side-stream valorisation, which has participated in the project’s development and design phase. The ambition is to continue the partnership into the next phases.

“We are very pleased to collaborate with Domsjö Fabriker, a company with a long history that combines industrial tradition with the courage to adapt to a new era. Together, we can make use of existing industrial flows and develop circular, resource-efficient solutions that create value for both industry and Sweden as a whole,” says Jonas Sjölander, Group CEO of Adven.

“This is a climate investment with a clear resilience dimension. Local production of liquefied biogas strengthens Sweden’s robustness in the event of disruptions to fuel supply and helps broaden the transition to fossil-free transport, as an important complement to electrification. This is especially significant for heavy transport, where access to reliable fossil-free fuels is crucial. In the long term, liquefied biogas can also create better conditions for fossil-free vehicle fleets in essential public services, such as rescue, police and ambulance services,” continues Lena Ek, Board Member at Adven and former Swedish Minister for the Environment.

For the project to be commissioned during the fourth quarter of 2028, an efficient and predictable permitting process is now required. Adven and Domsjö Fabriker intend to carry out the project, provided that the state climate investment subsidy is granted and that the necessary permits, including environmental and building permit, are obtained.

“This is an exciting project that is well aligned with the ambition to create best climate effect per krona invested. Efficient cooperation with the municipality and the county administrative board will now be crucial to keep the schedule, enabling commissioning during the fourth quarter of 2028,” says Björn Vedin, CEO of Domsjö Fabriker.

Taking place at Olympia, Kensington on 1–2 July 2026, the two-day event will bring together over 1,500 industry leaders, practitioners, and innovators, and showcase the latest innovations, insights and practical strategies shaping the future of customer experience. The event promises an immersive, real-world view of how AI is transforming every customer interaction.

Bell Integration is looking forward to engaging with organisations ready to turn complex AI strategies into scalable action. Bell helps customers maximise the value of NiCE AI solutions – without the need for platform replacement – by enabling proactive service, real-time personalisation and seamless orchestration across digital and human channels.

Darren Rushworth, President, NiCE International: “We are delighted that Bell Integration, our 2025 UK&I Implementation Partner of the Year, will once again sponsor NiCE World London. Bridging strategy and execution is critical for organisations looking to unlock the full value of AI. Bell Integration brings together AI innovation, CX expertise and a proven track record of delivery to accelerate the journey from vision to measurable business outcomes.”

The CX Intelligence and Data Layer

At the core of AI-enabled CX operating models is a real-time intelligence and data layer that learns continuously from every interaction, so that each engagement builds upon the insights of those that preceded it. Rather than treating data as a historical record for backward-looking reporting, this architecture embeds intelligence directly into live service delivery. By connecting interaction data, customer context, automation, and agent workflows into a single, actionable view, the system captures intent, sentiment, behaviour, and journey context in real time across voice, chat, and digital channels. The result is a continuously improving operational asset that elevates every customer touchpoint.

Faisal Abbasi, AI & Data Executive Director, Bell Integration: “Leading organisations are no longer using artificial intelligence as isolated automation tools layered onto existing CX processes. Instead, they are redesigning service operations around real-time intelligence, adaptive decision-making and coordinated journey delivery. This represents a fundamental shift in how customer experience is created and managed.”

True to its enduring spirit of curiosity, passed down through generations, the House of Delamain unveils Folio Natura, a new addition crafted from a rare blend of three grape varieties. Modern yet authentic, Folio Natura offers a fresh interpretation of the Delamain style, opening new occasions for enjoyment and a gateway into Delamain’s universe and exceptional savoir-faire.

PARIS, June 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A RARE BLEND OF THREE GRAPE VARIETIES FROM GRANDE CHAMPAGNE

Sourced exclusively from Grande Champagne, Cognac’s Premier Cru, Folio Natura is a distinctive blend of three complementary grape varieties. While Ugni Blanc, accounting for 98% of the appellation’s vineyard plantings, provides the blend’s structure, Colombard brings generous fruit and Folle Blanche lends freshness and finesse, each contributing to the balance of the expression.

Aged at least six years in 350-litre well-seasoned oak casks, these eaux-de-vie mature slowly and steadily in a cellar located near the Charente River, reflecting Delamain’s meticulous and patient approach to ageing.

AN INTENSELY GENEROUS, FRUIT-DRIVEN COGNAC

Built on the aromatic precision and balance of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, Folio Natura reveals an expressive and harmonious profile.

The nose opens on white flowers and vine blossoms, unfolding into fresh orchard fruits lifted by bergamot and lemon zest. On the palate, freshness and elegance intertwine, with accents of verbena and lime blossom, leading to a long, precise and refined finish.

A CELEBRATION OF DELAMAIN’S NATURALIST HERITAGE

For nine generations, the Delamain family has been guided by a fascination for the living world. Folio Natura is inspired by the Livres de Nature, a natural history collection created in 1930 by Jacques Delamain.

Today, Cellar Master and ninth-generation representative Charles Braastad pursues this legacy. Shaped by time, observation and discovery, Folio Natura reflects a continuous intellectual and heritage-driven tradition that is deeply rooted in the House’s identity.

ABOUT THE HOUSE OF DELAMAIN
