Addio centralino fisso: con le App VivaVox lavori da qualsiasi dispositivo
 

In ogni ufficio c’è un telefono fisso, anche più di uno, che ha sempre occupato una postazione precisa sulla scrivania. Se prima dell’arrivo dei cellulari, l’apparecchio fisso era l’unico strumento di comunicazione, l’era del mobile ha cambiato la rotta. La diffusione del lavoro ibrido e delle moltissime attività che gli impiegati possono svolgere fuori sede, in più, ha sovvertito del tutto le funzioni della telefonia associate ad un luogo fisico.

Alle aziende viene data la possibilità di utilizzare il proprio numero telefonico attraverso una connessione Internet e accedere alle funzioni di comunicazione dallo smartphone, dal computer o dal browser. In pratica, si possono spostare le chiamate dal telefono fisso al mobile, ma soprattutto si può portare la chat, la rubrica, le call online e la condivisione dello schermo sui dispositivi utilizzati dai dipendenti nel quotidiano. 

Un unico numero, ovunque si lavori
 

Alla base delle app VivaVox c’è una prima applicazione molto semplice e ormai del tutto necessaria. Le persone possono effettuare e ricevere chiamate con il numero dell’ufficio anche quando si trovano fuori sede. VivaVox App, infatti, consente di utilizzare lo smartphone come estensione della telefonia VoIP aziendale, dal momento che il contatto continua a chiamare il numero professionale, ma la risposta può arrivare sul cellulare. Quanto alle chiamate in uscita, viene utilizzato il numero aziendale e non quello personale. 

La logica è quella di separare il numero fisso dal dispositivo fisico, funzione a cui si aggiungono la gestione della rubrica, lo stato di disponibilità dei colleghi, il trasferimento delle chiamate, la gestione di più conversazioni, le chat, l’accesso alle videoriunioni e a tutti quegli strumenti che appartengono alla comunicazione di lavoro.

hanno pensato ad un sistema che comprende quattro applicazioni con funzioni differenti: VivaVox App, destinata agli smartphone Android e iOS; VivaVox Web, che consente di utilizzare la telefonia direttamente dal browser, senza dover installare un programma; VivaVox Desk, che riunisce sul computer chiamate, chat e riunioni; VivaVox Meeting, dedicata alle videoconferenze. 

Queste applicazioni sono complementari, si può passare dall’una all’altra in base alle esigenze. Inoltre, non si usano da sole, ma sono sempre associate ad un prodotto o un servizio VivaVox, necessario a poterle utilizzare per tutte le attività online svolte in ufficio, da remoto o in mobilità. 

Dal computer al browser, senza cambiare numero
 

Il passaggio dalla postazione fissa al computer modifica anche il modo di gestire le telefonate. Grazie a VivaVox Desk, vengono portate sul desktop le funzioni principali della comunicazione telefonica, ma anche la chat, la rubrica, la condivisione dello schermo e le video conference. Tra gli strumenti disponibili c’è anche l’integrazione con le applicazioni aziendali, fra cui i CRM, che permette di avviare una chiamata direttamente dagli strumenti utilizzati nel lavoro. 

VivaVox Web segue, invece, un approccio ancora più snello, poiché non richiede l’installazione di un’applicazione sul computer. È sufficiente utilizzare il browser da qualsiasi computer e una connessione a internet per effettuare e ricevere le chiamate, consultare i contatti e visualizzare lo storico delle conversazioni quando si lavora da remoto o in una postazione differente da quella usata abitualmente, semplicemente accedendo con le proprie credenziali. 

Quanto alla gestione delle chiamate, soprattutto nel caso in cui si utilizzi un centralino VoIP, dal browser è possibile visualizzare il proprio stato nelle code di attesa e consultare i dati relativi alle chiamate. 

La quarta app che permette di lavorare da qualsiasi dispositivo è VivaVox Meeting, dedicata alle videoriunioni fino a 35 partecipanti. La comodità sta nel fatto che, con VivaVox Meeting, non si deve generare un link diverso per ogni riunione, ma è sufficiente avviarle dal browser o dai dispositivi mobili. L’utente ha una stanza personale sempre attiva con un indirizzo web fisso, dotata di strumenti come la chat, la lavagna digitale, la condivisione dello schermo e la registrazione. Proprio come fosse un ufficio, chi si vuole mettere in contatto con quell’azienda o quel dipendente, sa dove trovarlo.

Paired with Apple Watch, AEVIS can use available health and activity data without requiring Speediance training hardware. Morgan, and unveiled a revamped Agentic Harness platform that now lets AI agents send messages, place calls, manage email, and even get their own eSIM phone plan on Bird’s network without custom integration. 

The platform forms part of Bird’s broader repositioning to serve the growing agent economy as the company accelerates its push into the US. 

This follows a two-year period during which the company continued to grow, generated $165 million EBITDA in 2025 and extensively automated its operations. 

Bird’s headcount has fallen from more than 1,000 at its peak to 120 today, driven by extensive automation across the business rather than a retreat from the market. The automation drive has resulted in higher productivity and lower prices for customers, with some channels costing 90% less than competitors.

First shipments of the C2 range land this month, giving European installers and distributors direct access to the TCL Solar back-contact platform announced at SNEC and Intersolar Europe in June. 

LYON, France, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — TCL SunPower Global, a global leader in solar energy solutions, today confirmed that its TCL Solar C2 back-contact module range has landed in Europe and is open for order through the brand’s distributor network. First deliveries will begin in the UK this week, marking the start of a broader European rollout in the weeks ahead. 

TCL Solar C2 was unveiled in June at SNEC in Shanghai and Intersolar Europe in Munich, where TCL SunPower first showed the back-contact platform. Today’s milestone moves it from launch announcement to a market-ready solution for residential, commercial, industrial and ground-mounted solar installations. 

“C2 represents the next generation of TCL Solar’s back-contact platform, and it’s a clear signal of the direction we’re taking this brand”, said Steven Zhang, General Manager, TCL SunPower Global. “Over the past year we’ve scaled up production significantly, including through our acquisition of DAS Solar’s back-contact cell and module manufacturing operations, completed in July. The C2 range covers two configurations built on the same back-contact cell: C2 S Black for residential and small commercial roofs, at up to 495 W and 23.8% efficiency; and C2 L and C2 L UPP for larger commercial and utility-scale projects, at up to 670 W and 24.8% efficiency, with bifaciality up to 85% on the L and L UPP variants. 

The panels use a full-screen gapless back-contact design — no metal busbars on the front — which adds more than 5% usable power density per panel versus a conventional front-contact layout of the same size, simply because there’s more active cell surface facing the sun. The company also points to a temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C and an annual degradation rate below 0.35%, which keeps a panel at roughly 88.85% of its original output after 30 years. Every C2 module is backed by a long-term warranty package, with up to a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year power warranty, depending on the model.

European certification supports market expansion 

On the opening day, DNV formally handed over certification for SANY Renewable Energy’s SI-17578EU wind turbine. Beyond the core assessment of loads and structural integrity, the certification also covers personnel safety and operational design. In these areas, the SI-17578EU places particular emphasis on ergonomics and maintainability, with design features that simplify installation, improve safe O&M access and support efficient servicing throughout the turbine’s lifecycle. 

Technology adapted to global markets 

At the exhibition, SANY is displaying a cutaway model of a 10 MW nacelle, the SI-17578EU structural design, carbon fiber blade applications and its AI-based blade clearance model. SoftBank Corp.’s ground team tracked Sceye’s stratospheric platform in real time and continuously received reflected laser signals, advancing future free-space optical (FSO) communications between ground, stratosphere, and space 

MORIARTY, N.M., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Sceye, a U.S. aerospace and material science company building High Altitude Platform Systems (HAPS) for stratospheric infrastructure, today announced the world-first stratospheric laser tracking demonstration. The demonstration was part of Sceye’s historic month-long ST1 flight and was conducted by SoftBank Corp. (TOKYO:9434, “SoftBank”) in collaboration with Hitotsubashi University and the National Institute of Polar Research (NIPR), with Sceye supporting the demonstration through the use of its HAPS platform. It aimed to examine how optical wireless communication equipment should be installed on a Sceye HAPS, as well as to collect data toward realizing future optical wireless communications between satellites, HAPS and the ground. 

NIPR designed a corner cube reflector (CCR) for installation on a HAPS, and SoftBank developed a reflector assembly incorporating the CCR. Sceye installed and carried the CCR on the first-ever HAPS flight over Japan. For the ground-based equipment, the team built a compact, portable laser ranging system capable of tracking a HAPS, based on “Omni-SLR,” a compact satellite laser ranging system designed by Hitotsubashi University.  

Using the corner cube reflector installed on Sceye’s HAPS and the compact, portable laser ranging system deployed on the ground, the team directed laser pulses toward the platform as it operated in the stratosphere. The system successfully conducted real-time tracking of Sceye’s HAPS and continuously received laser signals reflected back to the ground.

The ability to acquire and track a moving HAPS with a highly directional laser beam is an important step toward future optical wireless communications. The data acquired, including the attenuation of light as it traveled through the atmosphere between the ground and the stratosphere, will help define operational requirements for optical communications technology to be installed and operated on Sceye’s HAPS. 

Optical wireless communications are emerging as a next-generation technology for high-speed, high-capacity non-terrestrial networks connecting satellites, HAPS, and terrestrial infrastructure. Applications include the rapid transmission of Earth observation data, connectivity in underserved areas, restoration of communications following disasters, and low-latency intercontinental network links. 

“Tracking a HAPS from the ground with a highly directional laser is like trying to keep a laser pointer centered on a moving coin ten miles away, through an atmosphere that is constantly shifting the beam,” said Johnny Truong, Chief Technology Officer at Sceye. “The system had to locate the platform, precisely direct each laser pulse toward it, and continuously receive the reflected signals at the same location on the ground as the HAPS moved through the stratosphere. The demonstration was completed as part of Sceye’s recent ST1 flight, which launched from New Mexico on August 9 and traveled nearly 30,000 km on a round-trip journey in the stratosphere to Japan and back. The mission lasted 30 days and included operating over Japan for over seven days. While over Japan, Sceye and SoftBank proved direct-to-device connectivity to unmodified devices through SoftBank’s core network, including text messaging, voice calls, internet access, and video streaming. Testing also included emergency communications, HAPS-based communications with drones, and edge computing performed directly aboard the platform.
