XCMG Unveils World’s First 14,000-Ton Ring Crane, Redefining Ultra-Heavy Lifting

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

XUZHOU, China, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — XCMG has announced that the first main unit of the world’s first 14,000-ton ring crane has rolled off the production line, marking a historic breakthrough in ultra-heavy lifting technology. Jointly developed by XCMG and Sinopec Heavy Lifting & Transportation Co., Ltd., the crane will be the largest-capacity ring crane ever built, setting a new benchmark for major construction projects worldwide.

The crane features a modular configuration comprising two main units that work in tandem. The first main unit has completed final assembly and can independently perform lifting operations. Once both units are completed and integrated, the crane will have a maximum lifting capacity of 14,000 tons and a maximum lifting moment of 700,000 ton-meters, with several key performance specifications expected to lead the industry.

“This crane is more than an incremental improvement; it represents a transformative leap for the global heavy-lifting industry,” said Yang Dongsheng, chairman of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery. “Our partnership with Sinopec has created a new integrated model spanning R&D, manufacturing and application, setting an industry benchmark for independent innovation and engineering application of major technical equipment.”

The ring crane also features a pioneering electric direct-drive system that converts electric power directly into motion, delivering energy savings of more than 30%, boosting operating efficiency by 20%, and reducing fuel costs and carbon emissions.

As nuclear power projects worldwide become larger and more modular, demand is rising for ultra-heavy lifting equipment. The 14,000-ton ring crane marks a major step in the growing role of Chinese-developed high-end lifting equipment in nuclear power construction worldwide. It can serve conventional energy, nuclear power and wind power projects. For conventional energy, it can lift a range of large towers and vessels as complete units, replacing sectional lifting and reducing risks in assembly, pressure testing and other installation work. In nuclear power construction, it delivers a world-first capability: from a single crane position and using a single boom configuration, it can handle plant modules and major equipment for two nuclear islands. For offshore wind, its lifting height and capacity enable the installation of larger-capacity turbines.

Yang added: “XCMG will continue to advance the independent development of ultra-large engineering equipment, bring proven, reliable solutions to a wider range of engineering applications, and provide customers worldwide with safer, more efficient and energy-saving construction solutions.”

Evonik expands lipid-based drug delivery capabilities with new GMP manufacturing facility in Vancouver

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

ESSEN, Germany, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Evonik is investing in a new GMP drug product manufacturing facility for lipid-based drug delivery in Vancouver, Canada. The facility will increase Evonik’s development and manufacturing capacity, helping pharmaceutical and biotech customers bring lipid-based pharmaceutical products including vaccines, therapeutics, and other advanced medicines from development through commercial scale. Evonik’s total investment of over 150 million CAD (93 million EUR) in Vancouver is supported by the Canadian federal government’s Strategic Response Fund with up to 68 million CAD (around 42 million EUR). Drug product production is planned to begin at the end of 2029.

“Lipid-based drug delivery technologies are already enabling the next generation of medicines. With the support of the Canadian federal government, this investment builds on our long-standing expertise in the field, enabling the development and commercialization of more life-changing therapies,” said Lauren Kjeldsen, member of Evonik’s Executive Board and COO for the Custom Solutions segment at Evonik.

More than tripling production capacity

The project will expand Evonik’s existing manufacturing capabilities through the establishment of a modern GMP facility with more than three times the manufacturing capacity of the current facility for advanced pharmaceutical products.
“The Vancouver region is a vibrant hub for life sciences innovation, and Evonik’s Health Care business is proud to be growing within and with this ecosystem. This investment strengthens both our regional presence and our global network for lipid-based drug delivery,” said Guido Skudlarek, head of Evonik’s Health Care business line.

“Canada at the forefront of next-generation vaccines and medicines”

British Columbia is home to Canada’s fastest-growing life sciences sector, where more than 2,000 companies employ close to 20,000 people, most of them in Greater Vancouver. The region’s biotech strength is also rooted in the University of British Columbia, which has been a driving force for decades and has given rise to many startups and spin-offs.

“Evonik’s expansion in Vancouver underscores Canada’s leadership in life sciences and innovation. This investment will drive advances in lipid-based drug delivery, create highly skilled jobs, and bolster British Columbia’s growing biotech ecosystem. The Government of Canada is proud to support Evonik’s goals, which will help position Canada at the forefront of next-generation vaccines and medicines,” said the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions.

Evonik Vancouver Laboratories, formerly Transferra Nanosciences and Northern Lipids, has been a pioneer in lipid-based drug delivery since the 1990s and today provides CDMO services for advanced LNP and liposomal delivery systems, from formulation research through GMP clinical trial manufacturing and commercial process scale-up. By investing in one of North America’s most dynamic life science clusters, Evonik is expanding in this ecosystem, positioning itself as partner to pharma and biotech innovators to develop and support patient access to these technologies.

The LNP market is projected to grow to $2.7 billion by 2034

Lipids are essential for encapsulating and delivering nucleic acid-based drugs, including mRNA, as well as other payloads. LNPs have become a leading delivery system, underscored by their role in COVID-19 vaccines, and demand continues to grow as nucleic acid therapeutics expand within the parenteral drugs market. The LNP market alone is estimated to reach US$2.7 billion by 2034.

Lipid and LNP Network: From Vancouver through Birmingham, Dossenheim, Hanau, and Boston to Lafayette

Evonik supports pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies worldwide through an integrated network for lipid and LNP formulation development and manufacturing, with capabilities spanning the entire value chain.
McDonald’s Türkiye brings together seven of its most distinctive restaurants—each recognized for its architecture, location and guest experience—under the “7 Wonders of McDonald’s” project. From Bodrum Yalıkavak to Istanbul Sirkeci, the project weaves the brand into local culture while positioning its restaurants along popular travel routes.

ISTANBUL, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — McDonald’s Türkiye takes its approach to locally inspired restaurant design a step further with “7 Wonders of McDonald’s,” a project that brings the culture, architecture and lifestyle of each city into the restaurant experience. Located across Türkiye, the seven restaurants—Bodrum Yalıkavak, İzmir Selçuk, Muğla Göcek, Antalya Land of Legends, Istanbul Sirkeci, İzmir Çeşme Drive-Thru and Antalya Merkez—are designed to reflect the character of their surroundings.

Seven Locations, Seven Stories

With its exceptional sunset views, the Bodrum Yalıkavak restaurant pairs the McDonald’s experience with the distinctive atmosphere of the Aegean coast. The İzmir Selçuk restaurant draws inspiration from the historic fabric of Ephesus, combining stone architecture rooted in the region’s heritage with a contemporary restaurant experience.

Located within a marina, the Muğla Göcek restaurant features architecture designed in harmony with the surrounding villas, as well as a large garden surrounded by greenery. It also offers an inviting place to pause before or after a boat trip.

Inspired by traditional Aegean stone architecture, the İzmir Çeşme Drive-Thru restaurant reflects the lively rhythm of Çeşme through its large outdoor area and drive-thru service. Easily accessible, it serves as a convenient stop for both meals and coffee breaks.

The Antalya Land of Legends restaurant brings the theme park’s world of play and entertainment into the restaurant setting. Its colorful interiors, play areas and interactive digital game table create an engaging environment for children, while generous seating areas allow families to relax and spend time together.

Situated close to Kaleiçi and the Lycian Way, the Antalya Merkez restaurant stands out for its large, open garden. Natural materials and a soft pastel color palette shape an interior that complements the historic character of the surrounding area.

Set in a historic building within a conservation area, the Istanbul Sirkeci restaurant immerses guests in the atmosphere of Old Istanbul through its distinctive layout. Offering views of the Bosphorus and Galata Tower, it provides a memorable place to pause in the heart of the city for residents and visitors exploring Istanbul.

Noting that McDonald’s Türkiye has opened 38 new restaurants this year, bringing its nationwide total to 332, CEO Mwaffak Kanjee said:

“At McDonald’s Türkiye, we continue to grow with a long-term investment perspective. With every new restaurant, we bring our brand closer to more people while contributing to local employment, regional economies and community life. When planning new locations, we consider the pace of each city, its architectural identity, local lifestyles and the expectations of our guests. We aim to reflect this sense of place throughout the restaurant experience.

TOKYO, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announces that the digital sound source created through Casio’s “Akiko’s Piano” Digital Instrument Sound Project, managed by its European subsidiary CASIO Europe GmbH, made its European premiere at the Martha Argerich Festival 2026, an internationally renowned classical music festival held in Hamburg, Germany, from June 20 to June 30, 2026.

Akiko’s Piano is a historic upright piano built in 1926 that was damaged by the atomic bombing of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. Following its restoration in 2005, it has been performed by many musicians, including Martha Argerich, and has continued to carry a message of peace through its sound.

To carry this historic sound into the future, Casio has been advancing the “Akiko’s Piano” Digital Instrument Sound Project, carefully recording the sound of each of the piano’s 88 keys and reconstructing it as a digital sound source.

During the festival, CASIO presented a dedicated CASIO CELVIANO booth at Laeiszhalle, the festival venue, where visitors experienced the sound of Akiko’s Piano as realized through CELVIANO, a Casio digital piano. Many visitors expressed strong appreciation for the project’s purpose, as well as keen interest in the sound of Akiko’s Piano carried forward through CELVIANO.

On June 27, the Akiko’s Piano digital sound source was featured as part of the musical score for the stage production “The Postman of Nagasaki,” with pianist Akane Sakai performing the piece live on CELVIANO.

This was followed on June 29 by the world premiere of “Akiko’s Piano – Piano Concerto No. 4” by composer Dai Fujikura, presented as part of an orchestral concert. Performed by Sakai using the Akiko’s Piano digital sound source through CELVIANO, the work was inspired by the story of Akiko’s Piano. The performance was met with an enthusiastic response from the audience, culminating in a standing ovation.

The “Akiko’s Piano” Digital Instrument Sound Project represents a new approach to preserving cultural heritage by using digital technology to record and carry forward the sound of a historic piano while passing it on to future generations as a playable digital sound source.

Casio will continue working to preserve cultural heritage through music technology while sharing with the world — across generations and borders — the wish for peace embodied by Akiko’s Piano.

Viso Now riunisce video, comprensione visiva, logica, integrazioni e avvisi in un unico ambiente.

Broad-based growth across consumer electronics, communications and data center, and automotive electronics, supported by targeted investment in AI infrastructure, intelligent vehicles and global delivery capacity

DONGGUAN, China, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (“Luxshare Precision” or the “Company”) (SZSE: 002475; HKEX: 02475), a global provider of precision intelligent manufacturing solutions, today announced unaudited results for the six months ended June 30, 2026.

Revenue increased 40.2% year over year to RMB 174.50 billion, while net profit attributable to shareholders rose 18.0% to RMB 7.84 billion. Net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses increased 6.5% to RMB 5.96 billion. Gross margin expanded by 17 basis points to 11.78%.

The margin improvement reflected operating leverage and a more diversified revenue mix, with faster growth in Communications and Data Center and Automotive Electronics, both of which carry gross margins above the Company average. Internal innovation, AI-enabled manufacturing efficiency and disciplined cost management also helped absorb pressure from foreign-exchange movements, higher input costs and investment in new businesses.

“Our first-half performance demonstrates the resilience of Luxshare Precision’s diversified portfolio and global operating platform,” said Wang Laichun, Chairwoman and General Manager of Luxshare Precision. “We are investing with discipline in areas supported by clear customer demand and defined technology roadmaps, particularly AI-enabled devices, AI infrastructure and intelligent vehicles. Our priorities remain execution, operating efficiency and sustainable value creation.”

Strategic Investment and Financial Discipline

Research and development investment increased 43.1% to RMB 6.57 billion, primarily reflecting higher spending on engineering talent, tooling, materials and certification. More than half of the Company’s R&D investment supported technology preparation for programs approaching commercialization.

Capital expenditures totaled RMB 10.27 billion, up RMB 742 million year over year, and were mainly directed toward overseas facility expansion, supporting infrastructure and new product lines. The Company prioritizes investments linked to customer programs, localized delivery and long-term manufacturing flexibility.

Inventory was RMB 50.37 billion at June 30, 2026, up 19.0% from year-end 2025, below the Company’s 40.2% revenue growth. The increase primarily reflected business expansion and strategic material preparation for selected products.

First-half operating cash flow was an outflow of RMB 2.45 billion, mainly due to seasonal supplier payments and more than RMB 5 billion of strategic inventory preparation. Operating cash flow turned positive in the second quarter, reaching RMB 4.62 billion.

Foreign-exchange volatility resulted in approximately RMB 1.99 billion of losses on foreign-currency-denominated monetary assets and liabilities. Foreign-exchange risk management activities generated approximately RMB 1.30 billion in related gains. Under applicable accounting treatment, these gains were recorded as non-recurring items, while the corresponding losses remained within both disclosed net profit measures.

Growth Across Three Core Businesses

Consumer Electronics revenue increased 19.3% to RMB 122.48 billion. Luxshare Precision continued to deepen core customer relationships and strengthen its ODM and end-to-end product development capabilities. By integrating expertise across acoustics, optics, electrical systems, thermal management, magnetics and precision structures, the Company is extending its participation from components and modules to product definition, system development and volume manufacturing. Priority areas include AI PCs, smart wearables, AI glasses and intelligent acoustic products.

Communications and Data Center revenue increased 49.7% to RMB 16.61 billion. The Company is building an integrated AI infrastructure portfolio spanning high-speed copper interconnects, optical interconnects, thermal management and power management. Operational progress included volume production of 800G optical products, batch shipments of 1.6T DAC, ACC and AEC products, continued customer introductions for liquid-cooling solutions, and scaled production of DC-DC server power modules. Luxshare Precision is also advancing 224G and 448G copper technologies and next-generation optical architectures.

Automotive Electronics revenue increased 274.1% to RMB 32.39 billion, supported by organic growth, customer program ramps and Leoni’s contribution. The Company continued to expand its portfolio across connectors, wiring harnesses, intelligent control systems, smart chassis technologies and powertrain solutions. High-speed connectors and rear-wheel steering products have entered mass production, while intelligent cockpit and advanced driver-assistance platforms are progressing across multiple vehicle programs. Leoni’s integration continued to outperform expectations, strengthening global customer access, engineering resources and localized delivery capabilities.

Global Platform and Outlook

Luxshare Precision operates across five continents, 29 countries and more than 100 production sites. This network supports localized delivery, customer collaboration and supply chain resilience. The Company’s vertically integrated platform spans precision components, functional modules and system-level products, supported by AI-enabled digital tools for quality management, predictive maintenance, production scheduling and standardized global execution.

For the remainder of 2026, Luxshare Precision will continue supporting consumer electronics product launches and ODM/JDM programs; accelerating commercialization across high-speed interconnects, optical products, liquid cooling and power management; and expanding automotive customer programs while capturing further benefits from the Leoni integration.

The Company will maintain disciplined capital allocation and continue investing in technology, manufacturing capacity and global delivery capabilities that support sustainable, high-quality growth.

In the news release, UK NICE Issues Guidance Recommending Routine NHS Funding for Bridge to Life’s VitaSmart™ Hypothermic Oxygenated Perfusion System, issued 27-Aug-2026 by Bridge to Life, Ltd. over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that changes have been made. The complete, corrected release follows, with additional details at the end:

DULUTH, Ga, and LONDON, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bridge to Life™ Ltd., a global leader in organ preservation solutions and perfusion technologies, today highlighted the recent release of new HealthTech guidance by the United Kingdom’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), recommending routine National Health Service (NHS) funding for ex-situ machine perfusion devices, including Bridge to Life’s VitaSmart™ Hypothermic Oxygenated Perfusion (HOPE) System, to preserve deceased donor livers for transplantation.

Following a rigorous evaluation, NICE determined that advanced perfusion systems deliver clear clinical benefits over traditional static cold storage both clinically and financially, further noting that hypothermic oxygenated perfusion was associated with improved graft survival and fewer biliary complications. Additional details can be found in NICE’s full guidance: Ex-situ machine perfusion devices to preserve deceased donor livers for transplantation (Reference number: HTG780. Published: August 20, 2026).

“NICE’s recommendation marks a milestone towards establishing hypothermic oxygenated perfusion as the standard of care in liver transplantation,” said Don Webber, CEO and President of Bridge to Life™ Ltd. “Europe has embraced HOPE for well over a decade, demonstrating its value for perfusion therapy across the region. Validation from a respected body like NICE provides additional confidence in HOPE’s clinical and economic advantages at a time when U.S. physicians are being introduced to this technology following our FDA De Novo clearance. VitaSmart™ was specifically engineered to deliver these clinically proven results in a simple, scalable, and cost-efficient format.”

The VitaSmart™ system utilizes HOPE to supply an oxygenated solution to donor livers prior to transplantation. Built for operational simplicity, ease of adoption, and capital efficiency, VitaSmart™ seamlessly integrates into clinical workflows without the operational complexity or heavy cost structure associated with normothermic systems. In addition to the U.S. and U.K., VitaSmart™ is available in Europe, Saudi Arabia, India, and in all countries accepting the CE mark.

“Routine NHS funding for systems like VitaSmart signals a new era for liver transplantation programs in the UK,” said Rebeca Sanabria Mateos, Consultant Liver Transplant Surgeon at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. “Having equitable access to efficient, user-friendly perfusion technology allows our surgical teams to safely and confidently utilize extended-criteria donor organs, streamline operating room logistics, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for our patients.”

With broad international adoption across Europe and rapid commercial growth in the U.S. following its Food and Drug Administration (FDA) De Novo clearance, Bridge to Life remains committed to advancing evidence-based preservation science that expands the donor pool and improves patient care worldwide.

About Bridge to Life™ Ltd.Bridge to Life™ Ltd. is a global leader in organ preservation and perfusion technology. Driven by a commitment to science-based innovation, the company empowers transplant teams with advanced tools that expand the donor pool, streamline clinical workflows, and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Key facts

VIENNA, Va., Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Redwood Software, the leading orchestration platform for the autonomous enterprise, today announced its recognition as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Service Orchestration and Automation Platforms (SOAP) and its #1 ranking in four of five Use Cases and tie for #1 in the fifth Use Case in the Critical Capabilities report. Alongside this, Redwood released RunMyJobs 2026.3, bringing native AWS connectivity and its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to general availability while introducing new AI capabilities to accelerate autonomous operations.

Orchestrating the enterprise, from hybrid cloud to agentic AI

Enterprises with AI mandates face the challenge of turning AI from experimentation into operations. RunMyJobs 2026.3 helps close the gap between AI reasoning and enterprise action by unifying execution across hybrid systems and removing the infrastructure constraints that slow innovation on legacy workload automation tools. The latest release delivers:

MCP server & native AWS connectivity: Redwood’s MCP server, validated with Microsoft Copilot, SAP’s Joule and Claude Code, provides AI models governed access to 50+ tools across nine global AWS regions with full auditability, instantly agentifying decades of business logic. Native AWS integration (S3, EventBridge, Glue) allows real-time orchestration across the hybrid estate without re-architecting systems.

Bi-directional agentic AI governance & Agent Studio*: Support for MCP and Agent2Agent (A2A) protocols enables AI agents to trigger workflows and lets teams build agents that enhance orchestrations under the same governance model as the entire business process chain. Agent Studio embeds LLM-powered reasoning as native job types within existing workflows.

Workflow Builder & Operations Agent*: Workflow Builder generates auditable workflows from plain English descriptions or documentation. Operations Agent detects failures and SLA risks in real time, delivering enriched context to operators for faster autonomous responses.

“AI agents can reason about a problem, but they can’t fix it unless they’re connected to the systems that run the business,” said Charles Crouchman, Chief Product Officer at Redwood Software. “We believe our recognition as a Leader and the availability of our MCP server and AWS connectivity validate that the market is shifting toward governed, agentic orchestration that operates within the enterprise’s existing trust model.”

Gartner recognition

The Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for SOAP evaluates vendors on Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. Redwood Software was positioned furthest in Completeness of Vision for the third year in a row. Redwood attributes this placement to its 2026 intelligent automation expansions, including native support for MCP and A2A protocols, the new Redwood RangerAI assistant portfolio and Redwood Insights Premium.

The Critical Capabilities report “provides deeper insight into providers’ product and service offerings by extending the Magic Quadrant™ analysis.”** Redwood attributes this positioning to its commitment to customer success and driving efficient business transformation.

A remarkable archive of over 300 original film artifacts and memorabilia direct from the estate of the legendary filmmaker and tokusatsu (special effects) visionary Sompote Sands, will be offered at auction for the first time in history, spotlighting his work in the Ultraman universe (photo right: Ultraman Jack statue) and providing fans and collectors a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a piece of the global pop culture phenomenon. The collection, amassed over five decades by the founder of Chaiyo Productions and displayed at his personally curated museum ‘Sompote House’ in Thailand, includes production used suits, monster miniatures, props, scripts, vintage hero figures, toys, original artwork and behind-the-scenes treasures. Artifacts from his early career and film apprenticeship in Japan including 1962’s King Kong vs. Godzilla from production scripts (photo left seen in hands of Sompote Sands), photographs, film equipment to posters and more will also be highlighted.

Sompote Sands was Thailand’s pioneering special-effects director and producer in the 1970s-1980s, revered for bringing giant heroes and mythological creatures to the screen in Southeast Asia. He helmed the iconic films Hanuman vs. 7 Ultraman, Hanuman and the 5 Kamen Riders, the superhero/kaiju film Jumborg Ace & Giant (photo right: Jumborg Ace & Giant original poster) and more, delivering his brilliant craft of practical effects and miniatures to audiences in his homeland of Thailand.

The forthcoming sale marks the first time Sompote Sands’ personal production archive from his company Chaiyo Productions, representing his work and the culturally significant era of his time, will be available to the public. This auction joins all the excitement and events taking place around the world in celebration of the 60th anniversary of Ultraman. Since the premiere of Ultraman in 1966 (photo left: Ultraman Ace vending machine statue from Hanuman and the Seven Ultramen premiere), this cornerstone of Japanese pop culture has become an international phenomenon, generating a billion-dollar merchandising industry and spawning numerous sequels, spin-offs, and tributes worldwide and influencing anime, manga and the modern era of sci-fi filmmaking with blockbusters Power Rangers, Pacific Rim, and Ready Player One among others. (photo right: photo of young Sompote Sands on-set of 1962’s King Kong and Godzilla, as part of a group of behind-the-scenes photos of the film being offered at auction)

“Sompote Sands was Southeast Asia’s Steven Spielberg, a pioneer in science fiction filmmaking whose films blending Thai folklore storytelling and practical special effects wizardry filled audiences with cinematic wonder,” said Catherine Williamson, Managing Director of Entertainment, Julien’s Auctions. “This exceptional auction of artifacts from his film career and notably his cinematic contributions to the Ultraman franchise will not only excite fans and collectors of the worldwide cultural icon but also the booming global toy collectibles market with Sands’ collection of rare film props, action figures and movie memorabilia from the cross-cultural Golden Age of Southeast Asian sci-fi film productions coming to auction for the first time.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON and VEENENDAAL, Netherlands, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Sayari, the trusted AI platform for economic security and commercial risk, today announced a channel and knowledge partnership with DataExpert, a specialist provider of cybercrime, fraud, and digital-investigation solutions to government and law enforcement agencies across Europe. The partnership extends Sayari’s platform to government, law enforcement, defence, and financial intelligence agencies in eight countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.

Governments across Europe are building new institutional infrastructure to fight financial crime. New sanctions bodies, a new EU anti-money laundering authority, and new national strategies are emerging at a pace not seen in decades. Each needs analytics that can trace ownership, trade, and money across borders. And under the EU AI Act, they need trustworthy AI with the right safeguards in place.

Sayari already does significant work in Europe, where its intelligence supports many of the largest financial institutions and multinational corporations, as well as government entities. This partnership further extends that footprint into the region’s government market. DataExpert’s embedded consultants and analysts, training academy, and deep roots in the European open source intelligence (OSINT) and investigative community give agencies specialist implementation, customized workflows, and in-country support from day one.

“European agencies are being asked to confront cross-border financial crime, sanctions evasion, and dual-use proliferation at a pace their current tooling was never designed for,” said Gino Flem, Managing Director Benelux, DataExpert. “Combining Sayari’s primary-source intelligence with our investigative expertise and in-country support means agencies get capability they can deploy, defend, and build on immediately.”

“Economic security has become the organizing principle of European statecraft, the countries in this region saw it first and are moving fastest, with new enforcement institutions, new financial-crime strategies, and serious investments in sovereign AI,” said Farley Mesko, CEO of Sayari. “We’re investing here because this is where the future of economic security is being written, and because these governments have set the right bar: they will only adopt AI they can control, audit, and defend in court. That’s the standard we built for. The institutions defending open economies deserve the same visibility into global commerce that we already provide the region’s largest banks and enterprises. With DataExpert, they’ll have it with specialist support on the ground.”

Sovereign AI, built for regulators and the regulated

Sayari’s sovereign AI can run in an agency’s own environment – its cloud, a private enclave, or classified cloud. The models are Sayari’s own, trained on 12 years of analyst tradecraft, never on client data, with predictable infrastructure pricing rather than a per-token meter. Every output is sourced and graded, and the ultimate decision stays with a human. The foundation is Sayari’s Commercial World Model: more than 12 billion primary-source records from more than 250 jurisdictions, resolved into the ground truth of global commerce.

Through DataExpert, agencies in the region can apply this technology to the missions their governments have prioritized including:

DataExpert and Sayari will host a joint webinar on September 1 from 10 – 11 a.m. CET: “Following the Paper Trails: Tracing Chinese Money Laundering Organizations from the Golden Triangle to Europe using Sayari.” Attendees will see how investigators use corporate ownership data and trade records to trace illicit money across borders and expose the networks behind it.

About DataExpert

DataExpert is a trusted partner for investigations and intelligence, specializing in OSINT, digital forensics, data analytics, and cybersecurity. It helps government, law enforcement, and enterprise organizations turn complex data into intelligence they can act on, with a full range of services that includes onboarding, implementation, training, and support. dataexpert.nl

About Sayari

Sayari is the judgment infrastructure for trustworthy, sovereign AI in economic security and commercial risk. Its Commercial World Model resolves more than 12 billion primary-source records from more than 250 jurisdictions, delivering AI that reasons like an expert analyst, shows its work and traces every finding to a primary source that customers can see and control. Trusted by regulators and the regulated alike, Sayari is used by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.K. HM Revenue & Customs, Fortune 500 enterprises, and thousands of professionals across more than 35 countries to secure supply chains, surface sanctions evasion and forced labor risks, and dismantle illicit networks. sayari.com
