Pistoia Musei, nuova mostra dedicata a Carol Rama

Family-Owned Brand Brings Single-Source Organic Tequila to New Shores

ST. HELENA, Calif., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Tres Agaves Tequila, the family-owned, 100% de Agave producer from Mexico’s Tequila Valley, is launching in the UK and Ireland on October 1st, its first move into the European on-premise and independent retail trade. The rollout continues into Germany, Switzerland, the Nordics and Spain in the months that follow, with a formal European trade introduction at Bar Convent Berlin in mid-October.

Tres Agaves distills every drop from a single source in Amatitán, the birthplace of Tequila, built on nearly two decades of direct relationships with local growers. That single-estate sourcing, paired with USDA and Mexican organic certification and NOM-registered production, has made the brand a fixture behind U.S. bars. The UK and Ireland launch brings the same proposition to European bartenders and independent retailers for the first time.

“Tequila is one of the fastest-growing spirits categories in Europe, and bartenders want brands with real provenance,” said Thomas Vogele, Vice President International Sales for Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits. “Tres Agaves gives the trade an organic, single-source Tequila from a genuinely family-owned producer, at a price accessible for the back bar rather than the top shelf.”

The European Tequila market is set to reach a revenue of $2.49 billion by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 9.6% between 2025 and 2030. Tres Agaves is up +769% FYTD in the Trinchero Export Division. ¹ Stateside, Tres Agaves was recently named to Shanken’s Impact 2026 “Hot Prospects” list, recognizing it among the fastest-growing spirits brands in the U.S.² Against this backdrop of growth, Tres Agaves is thrilled to offer its organic Tequila range to bartenders and consumers in the UK and Ireland and bring even more momentum to this vibrant category.

Launching in the UK & Ireland:

Blanco and Reposado launch in a 700 ml pack size to meet European market requirements with suggested retail pricing ranging from £40-£45. Tres Agaves is exported by Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits.

Passport details are the most common source of corrections, and travelers from Singapore are the most likely to get every detail right

NEWARK, Del., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Three in four travelers (76%) complete their electronic travel authorization correctly on the first attempt, according to the Service eVisa Travel Readiness Index. Passport details are the most common source of corrections, and travelers from Singapore are the most likely to get every detail right.

The Travel Readiness Index measures the share of applications that needed no correction at caseworker review. It is based on more than 10,000 anonymized applications for the UK ETA, US ESTA, Canada eTA, New Zealand NZeTA and Australia ETA, submitted between January 1 and September 1, 2026.

What are the most common travel authorization mistakes?Passport details (number, issue or expiry date) accounted for 31% of corrections, followed by name order and middle names (19%), confusion between nationality and passport issuing country (13%), and date-of-birth format (9%).

These details matter because each authorization is linked electronically to a specific passport. On the US ESTA system, an error in passport or biographical information requires a new application and a new fee.

Which nationalities are the most travel-ready?

“The travelers who do best copy their details straight from the passport they will travel with, character by character,” said Fred Jordan, Director of Operations at Service eVisa. “Small details, like the order of your names or the format of a date, are where even experienced travelers slip.”

How to get a travel authorization right the first time

Travelers can check the requirements for each destination at serviceevisa.com.

About Service eVisaService eVisa is a private, independent travel authorization assistance platform that helps travelers prepare and submit electronic travel authorizations for destinations including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
SHANGHAI, CHINA – Media OutReach Newswire – 30 September 2026 – During HUAWEI CONNECT on September 17, 2026, Eric Xu (Huawei’s Rotating Chairman) and Dr. Liao Heng (Chief Scientist of HiSilicon) had a Q&A session with journalists of media outlets to discuss Huawei’s Peerium Computing Architecture for the AI era as well as UnifiedBus (UB).

At last year’s HUAWEI CONNECT, Eric Xu gave a keynote speech and released Ascend chips and their roadmap (including the 950, 960, 970, and SuperPoDs and SuperClusters). He also announced the open release of the UnifiedBus protocol.

At this year’s HUAWEI CONNECT, Huawei announced the Ascend 950 and the Atlas 950 SuperPoD. While the industry is talking about SuperPoDs or supernodes, the ways of making these products differ hugely. The key of SuperPoDs is about allowing several thousand or even tens of thousands of processors to work as one computer.

Today, Huawei announced a SuperPoD based on the Ascend 950 chip. The SuperPoD is powered by a new computing architecture that Huawei has pioneered. This architecture now can make one million processors work as one computer. This architecture is called Peerium, and it can achieve strong scaling to the million-processor level through nested parallelism, unified memory addressing, and peer-to-peer interconnect. It extends the parallelism paradigm of Turing with the introduction of Nested BSP (Nested Bulk Synchronous Parallel).

This architecture also extends the von Neumann single-machine architecture and overruns the master-slave design paradigm that has prevailed for decades. Given that the available technologies in the industry could not support this architecture, Huawei invented a key interconnect technology – UnifiedBus. Ultimately, one million processors can truly work as one larger computer.

UnifiedBus is a high-speed bus that uses an open protocol to scale without a limit to connect CPUs, NPUs, memory, SSDs, interface cards, and switches. With UnifiedBus, peer-to-peer interconnect is achieved across compute, storage, and networking. This fundamentally overruns the traditional master-slave architecture.

The Atlas 950 SuperPoD is a product built upon the Peerium Computing Architecture. A SuperCluster with 256,000 computing cards is currently being deployed and tested.

Q: Dr. Liao, your paper mentioned a SuperPoD that’s made up of 256,000 cards. Is that the upper limit of your technology? Can you tell us more about market demand for your products?

Liao Heng: 256,000 or roughly 200k, this number is not an arbitrary number.

First of all, the purpose of these large clusters is for training. It has a hardware infrastructure that can support the training of foundation models, which today are already in the 5T parameter range.

Over the next two years, there will be roughly 6 or 7 frontier AI labs in China, and all will aim at training foundation language models of sizes ranging from 10 to 40 trillion parameters. These numbers kind of match up to the memory capacity and the size of the SuperPoD. So you need such a scale of infrastructure to train these models.

The second thing is that in China, most data centers have a national plan on this power grid. So 200,000 is a relatively conservative number, given the design of the power delivery system in a single autonomous zone and single data center campus.

As I said, everybody must be quite familiar with the AI model race that’s happening across the globe. And in China, there are at least 3 or 4 tier-1 players that are already well recognized and have achieved tier-1 status.

Q: What are your plans to encourage Chinese model providers to use Ascend chips for training?

Eric Xu: For the Ascend 950, we first launched the 950PR to the market. It’s primarily used for AI inference, and currently the total volume of supply available in the market is not very big. The SuperPoDs based upon the Ascend 950DT are mainly used for AI training. Right now, they are under testing, and their large-scale supply will start at the end of this year or early next year. We are having extensive dialogues and discussions with AI model providers. The testing result of using the Ascend 950DT for training is pretty good. I believe that starting from next year, a lot of AI model training will be based upon SuperPoDs that use the Ascend 950DT. I think at the end of the day, it’s not about how hard we are going to push model providers, but about how much supply capacity we will have. We can only supply based on how much that’s produced. And we hope the value chain will expand its capacity faster to increase supply.

Q: What is Huawei’s take on recent calls by leading AI model providers in the US to slow down AI development?

Eric Xu: We need to look at the level and cadence of AI development in China and the US. AI models in China are largely open-source models and their progress is relatively transparent. If we look at the mainstream model providers in the US, they have more computing power, so maybe only they themselves know where they are in terms of the level of sophistication of their models. The market feeling about AI risks might be weaker in China than in the US. Model providers in China need to speed up their pace to reach a level where they could also feel the risks from AI development. And then, maybe they will feel the same as the leading US model providers. But I always believe that we need to strike a balance between driving AI development and managing AI risks. At the very least, the bottom line is we need to ensure AI for good, not AI for evil.

Q: Does Huawei have plans to bring the Atlas 950 SuperPoD to other markets outside China? If yes, which markets are you going to target? Can you share with us data about your market share in China? What is your take on China’s push for chip self-sufficiency?

Eric Xu: Since we don’t have enough capacity to even satisfy the demand in China, we don’t have plans to expand to the international market in a fully-fledged way. But indeed, there are several countries that have very strong demand. We are doing some testing, and we are providing some supply to those countries, but the volume is quite limited.

Right now, it’s pretty hard to collect data about the market share of NVIDIA in China. But based on the data we have collected, Ascend has surpassed NVIDIA.

China’s push for chip self-sufficiency is an inevitable path forward. China is a country of 1.4 billion people and it’s an industrial powerhouse, so the way people work and live is closely tied to chips. Chinese people have a keen sense of urgency, and will not accept a future in which others decide whether or not we can have access to certain products. Even though our chips may be less advanced, at least their supply is assured, so that you don’t have to worry about chip supply day in and day out. I think that’s certainly the path forward. For the Chinese government, for the domestic industry, and for Huawei, the path forward is undoubtedly to push for full self-sufficiency in terms of chips and the entire semiconductor value chain. We also believe this will become a reality sooner or later.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Wero intanto cresce in Europa

PRESS RELEASE

Bloomberg (THEON:NA) / Reuters (THEON.AS)

30 September 2026 – Theon International Plc (THEON) is pleased to announce it has been awarded various contracts for a total value of c.€50 million from European and Middle Eastern countries, with deliveries expected to commence this year.

More specifically, Theon received the notification of award for the supply of its NYX night vision goggles and the ORION fused goggles to a European NATO Member state. This is the first major contract award for the ORION fused goggles from a western European end user, which is a significant step in the context of the THEON NEXT initiative to develop a European, fully interconnected future soldier vision system.

Alongside the above, further orders have been received by KAPPA (100% owned by THEON) for various land and sea applications for a high single-digit million amount in total.

Remaining orders reflecting a mix of man portable products. As we enter Q4 2026, the reprioritization towards land forces equipment anticipated by THEON earlier this year is already materialising, with THEON being selected across various projects.

These orders further reinforce THEON’s leadership position in the evolving soldier modernisation era, and we continue to expect demand to accelerate in Q4 this year and into early 2027.

Philippe Mennicken, Deputy CEO and Business Development Director of THEON stated: “We are pleased to see demand indicators across the board for the coming periods to point in the right direction as shown by the first batch of new orders and as already advised on reprioritisation in progress. With THEON’s selection across several other higher-value contracts and options, we expect to deliver strong last quarter 2026/first quarter 2027 (depending on approval processes by several governments) order intake, but like always we continue to remain conservative in our approach. Last, but not least, we are also pleased that our Business Development & R&D integration activities for the recent investments and acquisitions continue, especially for gimbals and air defence systems. While full operational integration can only commence following the receipt of required regulatory approvals, THEON has already commenced offering an integrated electro-optical platform globally, through these initial integration activities. “

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 29 September 2026 – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), in partnership with German Industry and Commerce (GIC) and ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, and supported by the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau, InvestHK and HKETO Berlin, led a delegation of eight Hong Kong Science Park companies to Germany and Austria from 21 to 25 September 2026 for a focused programme of business matching, ecosystem exchange and institutional engagement across Munich, Vienna and Graz. Bringing together government, industry, academia and innovation ecosystem partners, the mission deepened engagement with leading stakeholders, created new opportunities for cross-border collaboration and commercialisation in artificial intelligence (AI), new industralisation, and smart city, and reinforced Hong Kong’s role as a preferred platform for innovation exchange between Europe and Asia.

The delegation marked a major step forward in HKSTP’s growing engagement in Central Europe. As HKSTP’s first market-focused mission to Germany, Europe’s largest AI market and a leading enterprise technology hub, it built on earlier collaboration with ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA, including GO AUSTRIA Spring 2025 and 2026 and the renowned ViennaUP Festival, as well as more recent joint efforts with partners in Germany and Austria under Global Connect and the Global Innovation Exchange. The ongoing efforts created practical pathways for Hong Kong companies to explore partnerships, validate demand and expand into key European markets.

A key highlight was HKSTP’s participation in the Applied Artificial Intelligence Conference 2026 (AAIC) in Vienna, Austria, to connect with key industry partners and investors for potential business collaboration. Professor Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, delivered a speech titled “AAIC-Talk: Applied AI in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area: Innovation, Industrial Transformation and Opportunities for Collaboration with Austria”at theAustria’s flagship international AI business conference. He shared Hong Kong has elevated AI into a core industry and is emerging as one of the world’s most dynamic innovation and technology (I&T) centres. He also invited Austria to partner in shaping AI’s next chapter, and highlighting opportunities for collaboration between Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and Austria. During the Conference, Professor Sun had a brief exchange with park companies from the delegation participating in the Conference to learn about their innovative solutions.

Mr Eric Or, Chief Ecosystem Development Officer of HKSTP, said, “HKSTP is committed to helping innovators scale beyond borders. Our inaugural delegation to Germany and the continuous connection with Austria highlights the value of strategic international engagement in opening doors for park companies to connect with leading industry, academic and investors in Europe. It also reflects Hong Kong’s unique role as a gateway for cross-border collaboration, underpinned by its distinct strengths as a super-connector and super value-adder. As HKSTP continues to expand its global outreach to further strengthen Hong Kong’s innovation links with global markets, and reinforce the city’s position as an international innovation and technology hub.”

The delegation began in Munich, focusing on Germany’s industrial AI and enterprise innovation ecosystem, and engaging institutions including Chamber of commerce and industry for Munich and upper Bavaria (IHK), Siemens AI Lab, and the European Union’s top Technical University of Munich (TUM). Discussions centred on industrial AI, advanced manufacturing, technology translation and cross-border collaboration. The high potential tech firms continued the week-long journey in Vienna and Graz, connected with leading Austrian research, industry and innovation organisations, including the leading Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), Austrian Institute of Technology and more.

Highlighted innovations from the delegation:

Together, these engagements in Germany and Austria deepened HKSTP’s ties with the regions’ innovation ecosystem and opened new opportunities for collaboration in applied AI, robotics, smart production and commercialisation between Hong Kong and Europe.

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Suvoda, a global clinical trial technology company, today announced a new release of important advancements since unifying the market-leading Suvoda and Greenphire products on one platform. Innovations in AI and new product functionality are expanding the platform’s capabilities, reducing manual work for users, and giving patients, sites, and sponsors more choices in how to engage with their trial technology worldwide.

The Suvoda Platform connects technology and services across the mission-critical, time-sensitive moments in a clinical trial, so that sponsors, CROs, sites, and patients have the insight to make smarter decisions and the ease to move faster. It solves a longstanding challenge in clinical trials: study teams have had to stitch together technology that was never built to work together, with separate vendors, logins, and support teams in order to handle randomization, drug supply, questionnaire completion, payments, travel, and patient consent. Suvoda is turning that patchwork experience into a single platform the industry has not seen before.

Advancements include:

“This release shows what a platform-based and AI-enabled product suite makes possible. Sites can spend less time reconciling systems, patients can have an easier clinical trial experience wherever they are, and sponsors get faster answers to their important questions. I’m immensely proud of our teams. They have embraced a bold vision for the future and have brought it to life through innovative technology designed to make clinical trial work better for everyone involved,” said Jagath Wanninayake, CEO, Suvoda.

Suvoda is a global clinical trial technology company with a market-leading, real-time software platform that empowers sponsors and CROs to make confident decisions and sites and patients to take calm, controlled action. Suvoda delivers interconnected, action-driven software solutions and industry-leading services and support, so that even in the most time-sensitive, mission-critical moments, life-changing studies keep moving forward. Suvoda recently merged with Greenphire, a leading provider of clinical trial financial management and patient support tools. To learn more, visit suvoda.com and follow Suvoda on LinkedIn.

Zetexa Closes Wave of Large European Deals a Year After Barcelona Win

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BARCELONA, Spain and DUBAI, UAE and LONDON, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Twelve months after a landmark Barca Mobile partnership, Zetexa—the global travel-technology firm behind an enterprise eSIM and journey-ancillaries platform—has confirmed a string of major European contract wins with consumer fintechs, neobanks, super-apps and online travel agencies. The company already works with partners in more than 50 countries, with deep coverage across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Turkey, Belgium & Czech Republic.

Zetexa’s B2B2C model embeds travel connectivity and airport services under the partner’s brand via one API—users buy, recharge and manage journeys inside the app they already trust. European buyers are moving straight into multi-year production rollouts.

The stack is built for regulated, high-volume operators: enterprise APIs with SOC 2, VAPT, GDPR and PCI DSS, plus Kubernetes cloud infrastructure sized for heavy daily transaction loads. One eSIM covers 180+ countries with lifetime-valid profiles and continuous top-ups—no new SIM per trip. Partners design recharge journeys that pull travellers back for future travel. Packs are fully customisable by days, GB and limited or unlimited data, instead of forcing partners to resell a rigid supplier catalogue. Physical SIMs deliver the same feature set for devices without eSIM hardware.

Premium levers include white-label “Your Brand” naming on the handset, and “Your App Always On”—when data runs out, the partner’s app stays live for recharge, bookings and support while other apps do not. Location insights show where users travel for real-time offers; SMS flags data usage. Unlike data-only eSIM vendors, Zetexa adds voice-plus-data calling packs in 70 countries, including a USA number on the native dialler for emergencies abroad. Local long-stay packs cover the US, Canada and the UK. The same API also sells global lounge, fast track and meet-and-greet. Support is 24×7, with an Arabic-speaking team in Egypt for bilingual European and Middle East corridors.

“Europe’s largest fintechs and OTAs are choosing Zetexa because we deliver what only top-tier eSIM platforms can: enterprise security, one SIM across 180+ countries, fully custom packs, voice and data, and lounge and airport ancillaries—all in one API. Barcelona proved the model. This year’s European deals prove the scale,” said Srujan Yeleti, Co-Founder, Zetexa Global.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Acquisition extends Resonant’s European footprint and adds specialized calibration expertise, IOR/EOR reach, and partner depots to support the clinical trial lifecycle at global scale

LEESBURG, Va., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Resonant Clinical Solutions (“Resonant”), a global clinical solutions partner serving life sciences organizations across the clinical supply chain and sample lifecycle, today announced that it has acquired Germany-based labfish rental solutions Gmbh (“Labfish”) and its U.S. and U.K. affiliates, which together provide end-to-end clinical and laboratory rental equipment and calibration solutions. The acquisition expands Resonant’s Equipment & Ancillaries (E&A) presence in Europe and strengthens its ability to support increasingly complex clinical trial programs around the world with high-demand, specialized capabilities.

Based in Hamburg, Germany, Labfish offers a broad inventory of laboratory equipment for rent — including scales, freezers, refrigerators, infusion pumps, and monitors — alongside kitting, ancillary supplies, and industry-leading in-house calibration expertise. Labfish also provides Importer of Record (IOR)/Exporter of Record (EOR) and white-glove direct-to-patient logistics management, working with partner depots in Argentina, Israel, Turkey, and China to supply clinical trial sites in more than 70 countries. Originally founded in 2014, Labfish is ISO 9001-certified and operates one of the largest in-house calibration facilities serving clinical trials in Europe.

“Incorporating Labfish into Resonant’s E&A business extends our presence in Europe and deepens our calibration and import/export services, further enhancing the world-class clinical trial solutions our customers depend on,” said Christophe Berthoux, Chief Executive Officer, Resonant Clinical Solutions. “This acquisition builds on the success of our Equipment & Ancillaries business to meet the rapidly evolving needs of our customers. The capabilities Labfish brings to Resonant advances our strategy to support more of the clinical journey at global scale.”

Increasingly complex clinical trial programs demand specialized equipment, calibration, and logistics support that keep pace with evolving research protocols, workflows, and requirements. To meet this need, the Labfish acquisition complements Resonant’s existing E&A business, providing client partners with a robust offering and technical expertise in Europe as their development programs scale.

“Joining Resonant allows our team to further grow the calibration expertise, warehouse network, and import/export and logistics services we’ve spent years developing, now with the capabilities to support more of the clinical trial journey,” said Martin Forster, Founder, Labfish. “We’re excited to bring our technical knowledge, strategic services, and valued customer relationships to Resonant.”

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
