COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Company to Redomicile to Singapore; Partnership Approves Centalion as New Global Brand

GENEVA, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The employee partnership that owns Gunvor Group Ltd (the “Company”) has voted to change the name of the Company to Centalion Group Ltd to reflect its evolution under a new ownership structure, leadership model, and strategic outlook for the future. The Company concurrently announces its intention to redomicile its corporate headquarters from Cyprus to Singapore.

“The name Centalion reflects who we are: one team, moving together, at the heart of the global energy markets,” said Gary Pedersen, Chairman and CEO of Centalion. “We’re making this move from a position of strength. Together we have built a disciplined, entrepreneurial firm that is accelerating our position as one of the world’s leading physical energy and metals traders. Singapore and our new identity are the next chapter in that story.”

The intended move of the Company’s corporate headquarters to Singapore, where it has maintained a presence since 2006, is supported by the country’s well-established legal and business environment, deep financial and trading infrastructure, and international business community. Centalion’s main trading offices will, in addition to Singapore, remain in Geneva, Switzerland, and Houston, Texas, where the Company’s Chairman and CEO is based.

Alongside the intended relocation, the Company is unveiling a new identity: Centalion. The rebranding marks the next stage in the natural evolution of the business following the completion of the December 2025 management buyout. It further supports the strength of the Company’s trading activities across the energy spectrum – including crude oil, refined products, natural gas and LNG, power and battery storage, biofuels, and carbon credits – complemented by a growing metals and minerals trading business and significant global shipping operations. The Company is also increasingly active as an investment partner of choice in gas- and power-related infrastructure in various regions around the globe.

Centalion traded record volumes in the first half of 2026, supported by a global workforce of more than 2,000 people, and continues to expand across its trading hubs in Calgary, Geneva, Houston, London, Singapore, and Stamford.

Renaming and Rebranding Process

The decision to rename and rebrand followed a full partnership referendum held in July 2026, after six months of employee engagement and external market-positioning research conducted by world-leading brand specialist Landor. The name “Centalion” reflects a group that moves as one, capturing the strength and unity of the partnership and its commitment to upholding and maintaining the Company’s leading position in global commodities trading. More than simply an “oil trader”, the Company’s future will continue to be built upon the breadth of its current business by advancing growth in the physical energy, metals and minerals markets, and related investments supporting the new energy economy and promoting global energy security.

Notes on Rebranding and Redomiciling

The Company’s new name and brand, Centalion (Sen-TAL-yon; rhyming with “battalion”), will be used from today; however, the rollout of the new identity across the Company’s subsidiaries, trading offices, and other locations worldwide will take place over the coming months. Relationships with counterparties, banks, vendors, and other business partners are unaffected by the change, as neither the Company’s legal personality nor its rights and obligations will change, with all existing contracts and arrangements of the Company remaining intact.

Similarly, the redomicile of the Company to Singapore will involve the transfer of the existing legal entity to a new location rather than the incorporation of a new legal structure. The timing of the completion of this intended redomicile remains subject to the Company finalizing applicable local regulatory approvals and documentation requirements.

About Centalion Group Ltd

Centalion Group is one of the world’s largest independent commodities trading companies, which creates logistics solutions that safely and efficiently move physical energy, power, metals and minerals from where they are sourced and stored to where they are demanded most. With investments in strategic infrastructure—upstream oil and gas production, terminals, refineries, power plants, batteries and storage—Centalion further generates sustainable value across the global supply chain.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Recognition highlights PhytoHealth’s work in advancing PG2®, Taiwan’s first approved botanical new drug, and raising clinical awareness of cancer-related fatigue

TAIPEI, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — PhytoHealth Corporation CEO Angel Lee has been named one of Taiwan’s 27th Ten Outstanding Young Women. The prestigious national recognition highlights her leadership in advancing PG2® Lyo. Injection—the world’s first prescription drug approved specifically for moderate to severe cancer-related fatigue (CRF)—and her contributions to botanical drug development and cancer supportive care.

Developed from refined polysaccharides of Astragalus membranaceus, a medicinal plant documented in the WHO Monographs on Selected Medicinal Plants, PG2® is also Taiwan’s first approved botanical new drug. PG2® is used across medical institutions in Taiwan for the management of cancer-related fatigue and is covered by Taiwan’s National Health Insurance (NHI) for eligible breast cancer patients. PhytoHealth continues to build clinical evidence around its proprietary refined Astragalus polysaccharide (rAPS®) platform and explore its broader potential in cancer supportive care.

CRF is a debilitating condition distinct from ordinary tiredness and can affect patients throughout cancer treatment. Yet it has historically been underrecognized and undertreated. Beyond developing PG2®, PhytoHealth has worked with Taiwan’s medical community to help shift CRF from an often-overlooked aspect of the cancer experience toward a condition that is more actively recognized and managed in clinical care. These efforts contributed to the development of Taiwan’s first clinical guidelines for cancer-related fatigue.

Building on PG2®’s established clinical use and regulatory foundation in Taiwan, PhytoHealth is actively seeking international pharmaceutical and healthcare partners to advance the global development of PG2® and its botanical drug platform.

“This recognition is not only a personal honor, but also a responsibility,” Lee said. “Our goal is to turn scientific research into meaningful benefits for patients. We will continue working with medical and industry partners around the world to advance cancer supportive care and bring Taiwan’s biotechnology innovation to the global healthcare community.”

Lee and fellow honorees were recognized for their achievements across professional fields and contributions to society.

Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from National Taiwan University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Before taking on leadership roles in biotechnology, she gained professional experience at Deloitte and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen pharmaceutical business.

About PhytoHealth Corporation

PhytoHealth Corporation is a Taiwan-based biotechnology company focused on the research, development and commercialization of innovative therapeutics, with particular expertise in botanical drug development. Its portfolio includes PG2® Lyo. Injection for cancer-related fatigue and Oraphine®, an oral analgesic developed for the management of moderate to severe pain. Building on its refined Astragalus polysaccharide (rAPS®) platform and broader drug development capabilities, PhytoHealth continues to advance clinical research and pursue international partnerships to bring Taiwan-developed healthcare innovations to global markets.

TOKYO, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — MIMARU, Japan’s leading apartment hotel brand for families and groups, operated by Cosmos Hotel Management Co., Ltd., opened MIMARU Osaka Namba Station Annex in Namba, Osaka, on Thursday, October 1. The property features 68 apartment-style guestrooms, with half accommodating up to six guests and half up to four. Every room includes a kitchen, dining area and in-room washer-dryer, while the 100-square-meter top-floor Sky Garden Three-Bedroom Suite offers six guests a private outdoor terrace above the city.

About MIMARU: https://mimaruhotels.com/en/about/

Designed Around How Six People Use One Apartment

The property addresses a familiar challenge of family travel: being together is part of the experience, but not everyone wants to do the same thing at every moment. Within one apartment, one person might rest while another gets ready, someone else takes care of the laundry and others gather around the dining table. The design allows family members to follow different rhythms without having to book separate guestrooms.

The Sky Garden Three-Bedroom Suite is the property’s largest accommodation, featuring a 100-square-meter apartment for six guests. It includes six single beds, three washbasins, two toilets, a bathroom, a separate shower room and a private terrace. The terrace gives guests another place to relax together or step away from the pace of the city, offering a calmer space above Osaka while keeping them connected to Namba’s energy.

Image 2: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hq48Tv-zsncsQiqvkbqcHZ_I5KksGQvb/view?usp=drive_link

“The larger the group, the more practical challenges emerge — from luggage and laundry to getting ready and sharing space,” said Mao Mochizuki, International PR, Cosmos Hotel Management. “Drawing on our experience welcoming larger families, we looked beyond bed count to how several people actually use an apartment throughout the day. Families need the freedom to step back and come together within the same apartment. For a larger family, having that choice can be a true luxury.”

19.3% Weight Loss at Week 48: Phase Ⅲ Data of Olatorepatide, Hansoh’s Dual‑Biased GLP‑1/GIP Agonist, Presented at EASD

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

MILAN, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — From September 28 to October 2, 2026, the Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) is being held in Milan, Italy. Hansoh Pharma’s self-developed dual-biased glucagon-like peptide-1/glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GLP-1/GIP) receptor agonist, Olatorepatide (HS-20094), was presented as a Late-breaking Abstract (LBA) oral presentation, reporting the results from the Chinese Phase Ⅲ weight management study (LIGHTEN).

The findings show that Olatorepatide exhibits substantial weight‑loss efficacy and favorable gastrointestinal tolerability: Weight-loss Efficacy: Mean weight loss of 19.3% was achieved at Week 48 in the olatorepatide 15 mg group, with no weight-loss plateau observed; Waist-circumference Reduction: Mean waist-circumference reduction of 16.0 cm was observed in the olatorepatide 15 mg group; Low Incidence of Gastrointestinal Adverse Events: Nausea 7.8%; vomiting 4.9%. [1]

LIGHTEN is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase III study conducted in Chinese adults with overweight or obesity, enrolling a total of 604 participants. Eligible participants had a BMI (Body Mass Index) ≥28kg/m², or a BMI of 24–28kg/m² accompanied by at least one weight-related comorbidity. Participants were randomized 1:1:1:1 to receive once-weekly subcutaneous injections of Olatorepatide 5mg, 10mg, 15mg, or placebo for 48 weeks. The co-primary endpoints were the percentage change in body weight from baseline at 48 weeks and the proportion of participants achieving ≥ 5% weight loss. Overall, 90.1% of participants completed the full 48-week treatment period.

Study results showed that under the efficacy estimand, mean body weight reductions at week 48 were −12.5%, −17.5% and −19.3% in the Olatorepatide 5 mg, 10 mg and 15 mg groups, respectively, versus −2.7% in the placebo group. Under the treatment-regimen estimand, mean body weight reductions were −11.8%, −17.0% and −18.7% across the three Olatorepatide dose groups, respectively, versus -2.5% in the placebo group. All between-group differences were statistically significant (P < 0.0001).

In terms of weight loss goal achievement rates, under the efficacy estimand, the proportions for the Olatorepatide 5mg, 10mg, 15mg and placebo groups were as follows:≥5% weight loss: 87.3%, 97.2%, 95.2% and 28.6%;≥10% weight loss: 61.7%, 89.3%, 88.9% and 14.6%;≥15% weight loss: 32.6%, 60.2%, 71.7% and 3.2%.

Notably, the weight loss curve showed a continued downward trend at Week 48, without reaching a plateau, suggesting that a longer treatment duration may yield further weight-loss benefits.

Under the efficacy estimand, mean reductions in waist circumference from baseline were 10.5cm, 14.4cm, and 16.0cm in the Olatorepatide 5mg, 10mg and 15mg groups, respectively, versus 3.6cm in the placebo group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.0001).

In addition, Olatorepatide brought improvements in metabolic parameters including blood pressure, lipid profiles, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance (HOMA‑IR), urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR) and uric acid, demonstrating comprehensive metabolic benefits.

The overall safety profile of Olatorepatide was similar to that of incretin-based therapies approved for weight management. Its incidence of gastrointestinal adverse events was notably lower than published data for currently available agents of the same class. The mean incidence of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation in the Olatorepatide treatment groups was 7.8%, 4.9%, 16.9%, and 5.1%, respectively, versus 2.6%, 2.0%, 7.8%, and 1.3% in the placebo group. No participants discontinued treatment or withdrew early due to Olatorepatide treatment-related adverse events.

A dual-biased GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist, Olatorepatide offers a novel signaling pathway approach to overcoming the challenge of achieving both weight loss efficacy and tolerability. This Phase III weight-management study conducted in Chinese adults with overweight or obesity demonstrated significant weight loss efficacy along with favorable safety and tolerability, supporting its potential as a novel weight management therapy.

The EASD Annual Meeting is one of the most influential academic conferences in the global diabetes and metabolism field. The LBA sessions are dedicated to the latest research of high innovation and major scientific significance. The selection of the Phase III study of Olatorepatide for this LBA oral presentation reflects international peers’ high recognition of its data quality and clinical value.

Olatorepatide Injection is a once-weekly subcutaneous dual-biased GLP‑1/GIP receptor agonist. It functions by modulating metabolic pathways governing appetite regulation, glucose metabolism, and energy balance. Olatorepatide is also currently in Phase III clinical development in China for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. In June 2025, Hansoh Pharmaceutical entered into a strategic collaboration with Regeneron, granting Regeneron exclusive overseas development and commercialization rights for the asset. In June 2026, the New Drug Application (NDA) for Olatorepatide Injection for long-term weight management in adults with overweight or obesity was accepted for review by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China.

Hansoh Pharma is a leading innovation-driven pharmaceutical company in China, with the mission of “Continuous innovation for better life”. The Company focuses on major disease therapeutic areas such as oncology, metabolism, immunology, central nervous system (“CNS”) and anti-infectives.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

FORT COLLINS, Colo., Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CaseBioscience® today announced its participation in a multidisciplinary team led by Likarda that has been awarded up to $7.3 million by the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) through its BioStabilization Systems (BoSS) program.

The BoSS program aims to foster new technologies to produce, store, and ship cells at room temperature without the need for refrigeration. As the BoSS team states, the goal is to make the most advanced biological medicines as “easy to ship and store as aspirin.”

Led by Likarda, the Reversible Ambient Biostabilization (RAB) team is one of only three teams selected for the BoSS program. The team brings together expertise spanning preservation science, cell biology, cellular metabolism, bioengineering, immunology, stem cell biology, formulation, and manufacturing.

Program at a Glance

The team will work to reduce dependence on cold-chain logistics by integrating specialized physiological mechanisms, novel cell-protective strategies, and bioengineering approaches to develop new methods for the ambient storage and transport of cellular medicines.

Learn more about CaseBioscience’s participation in the ARPA-H BoSS program and discover the latest news and developments from CaseBioscience.

Cell therapies have demonstrated the potential to transform the treatment of cancer and other serious diseases, but their broader accessibility remains constrained in part by the complexity and cost of cold-chain logistics. Many cell-based products require specialized preservation, storage, and transportation conditions to maintain viability and function. Technologies capable of stabilizing therapeutic cells at ambient temperatures could significantly simplify distribution, reduce logistical barriers, and help expand access to these advanced medicines.

“The concept of preserving living cells in a dry state has been pursued for more than two decades, but significant scientific and engineering barriers have yielded limited success,” said Dr. John Baust, a leader in the field of biopreservation and collaborator on the project with CPSI Biotech. “ARPA-H’s BoSS program provides an unprecedented opportunity to tackle this from multiple scientific and engineering directions simultaneously. If successful, this work could represent a paradigm shift in how biologics are preserved, stored, and distributed.”

The program also builds on research with deep roots within the CaseBioscience scientific team. Dr. Lynda McGinnis, R&D Director at CaseBioscience, helped pioneer early research into desiccated storage of sperm more than two decades ago.

“This is a great opportunity to revisit research that some of us started in Boston 25 years ago,” said Dr. McGinnis. “It’s time for a whole new paradigm of how we store and transport cells for clinical therapies and even reproductive medicine.”

CaseBioscience® will contribute its expertise in clinical media formulation, biopreservation, and cellular metabolism to the development and evaluation of novel approaches for long-term ambient stabilization of therapeutic cells.

“We are excited to be part of a program with the scientific depth and resources to pursue ideas that could meaningfully advance the field,” said Dr. Kevin Flynn, Chief Scientific Officer at CaseBioscience. “This is an opportunity to bring our capabilities to an exceptional collaboration, explore what has not yet been possible, and turn that potential into progress.”

“We are very proud that CaseBioscience has been selected by ARPA-H to be part of the BoSS program. This award is a strong validation of our science, our preservation technology, and the team behind it. Making living cell therapies as easy to store and ship as conventional medicines would fundamentally change who can access them, and we are honored to be working alongside such an exceptional group of partners towards that goal,” said Ami Mezezi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of CaseBioscience.

The first phase of the BoSS program is now underway, with the RAB team beginning its collaborative research and development efforts.

About CaseBioscience®

CaseBioscience is a life sciences company developing and manufacturing advanced media and preservation solutions for cell therapy, regenerative medicine, and assisted reproductive technology. Combining expertise in cell biology, cellular metabolism, formulation science, and biopreservation, CaseBioscience develops solutions designed to support cell health, consistency, and performance from research through clinical applications.
Mews launches Guest Messaging and Automations: GMs set the workflow, front desk staff get back to hosting

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Guest Messaging delivers informed answers to guests while giving hotel teams a single, AI-powered inbox. Automations let hotel teams build the loyalty moments for deeper personalization

AMSTERDAM, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mews, the operating system for hospitality, has launched Guest Messaging and Automations, two native features that address the same underlying problem from opposite ends: too much of a hotel’s attention goes to repetitive work, not leaving enough time to spend time with guests.

One in three guest messages goes unanswered because they land across six or seven inboxes no one can watch at once. Guests who do get a reply wait eight hours on average. Guest Messaging brings every channel into one thread, tied to the guest’s profile and reservation. A guest can text from the airport, switch to WhatsApp on arrival, then message through the guest portal, and staff see one conversation, not three.

Mews AI, trained on the property’s own data, answers 80% of routine questions instantly: pool hours, parking, late checkout, breakfast. That frees staff for what needs a human touch: the guest at the desk, the complicated request. And because Mews AI sees the whole guest profile (room status, billing, special requests), it never asks guests for details the PMS already holds.

Matt Marrs, Operator at Llano Real Estate Group, added: “Guest messaging has been a game changer for us. We can broadcast a message to everyone checking in or checking out on a given day – like letting guests know the pool’s closed for maintenance – instead of reaching out one by one. And because the AI is trained on our own answers, it automatically handles common questions like pool hours, so we’re not spending time typing out the same replies over and over.”

Automations close the other half of the gap: creating the loyalty moments that too often depend on having the right person on shift – a returning guest, a birthday, a newly reached loyalty tier, a VIP who always gets the corner room. While most hospitality automation focuses on revenue (upsells, dynamic pricing, paid upgrades), Mews enables hotels to automate the moments that make guests want to come back.

A rule is set once, in a no-code workflow engine, and Mews runs it every shift with no memory required. At selected Strawberry properties, up to 60% of upgrades for Gold & Platinum guests were automated. Paired with Guest Messaging, an arriving guest automatically receives a personalized welcome message with their door access PIN the moment they check in. Mews Automations will continue to expand, giving properties the flexibility to design operational workflows to suit their business.

Together, the two features change what the job looks like on both ends of the property. Front desk staff spend less time triaging inboxes, and more time doing the part of hospitality that needs a person. GMs and IT managers spend less time hoping the right thing happens and more time building the rules that guarantee it.

“I built a fully automated room check workflow without a single hour of engineering time,” said Maurits Bots, Hotel ICT Specialist at WestCord. “For a hotel our size, that’s the difference between a task that gets forgotten and one that simply gets done – consistently, every week.”

“Your front desk team isn’t slow, they’re drowning,” said Joel Ndreu, VP Product & Engineering at Mews. “Checking multiple inboxes when they should be looking up from the screen isn’t what hospitality is about. Guest Messaging is about giving them that time back, and Automations means the things that make a guest feel remembered happen automatically, without anyone having to be the one who remembers. No missed birthday, no upgrade forgotten, no opportunity lost because the right person wasn’t on shift.”

Guest Messaging launches with support for SMS, WhatsApp, Booking.com, Expedia and the Mews Guest Portal. The automations behind it are already working: during the Beta alone, 47,000 automations ran across Mews.

About Mews

Mews is the operating system for hospitality, unifying workflows across revenue, operations and the guest journey so teams can automate the mundane and focus on memorable guest experiences. The Mews platform spans PMS, POS, RMS, Housekeeping and Payments, helping hoteliers move from property management to profit management. Powering 15,000 customers across 85 countries, the company was named Best PMS (2024, 2025, 2026), Best POS (2026) and listed among the Best Places to Work in Hotel Tech for six years running by Hotel Tech Report.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

KuppingerCole Analysts highlights Ditto’s binding of verified identity to high-assurance authentication, and its no-code orchestration layer

BARCELONA, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ditto has been named a Product Leader in the KuppingerCole Analysts Leadership Compass for Identity Verification 2026. The report evaluates 26 identity verification vendors serving the North American and European markets, and recognises Ditto Verify as a full-service verification offering — highlighting the binding of verified identity to high-assurance authentication, which allows organisations to carry proven trust forward across the customer relationship rather than re-establishing it at every interaction.

Expanding the definition of identity verification beyond vendors pairing document checks with biometric matching, the 2026 evaluation also brings in supervised video verification and verification drawn from authoritative data sources, measuring them against common criteria.

KuppingerCole reviewed functional areas including document verification, biometric verification, additional verification methods, automation and AI, privacy, and orchestration.

Product strengths highlighted include:

“Ditto is recognized for a full-service offering that combines document verification, face biometrics and liveness, attribute verification, and no-code workflow orchestration, and stands out for deployment flexibility, spanning on-premises to managed cloud, and for binding verification to high-assurance authentication.”

Guillaume Teixeron — Senior Analyst, KuppingerCole Analysts

“Every institution we work with has the same problem initially. They spend real money establishing who a customer is, then discard that certainty the moment onboarding completes.

A verification is not a certificate you issue once and file away. Trust has to travel with the customer — into account recovery, into a high-value transaction, into the exact moments when customers are most likely to give up and fraud is most likely to succeed. That is what we mean by continuous identity; it is the harder thing to build and it is what KuppingerCole has recognised.”
