LIVORNO: Doro, Gabellieri (20′ st Idda), Sottile (47′ st Milianti), Scuderi Gaia (18′ st Sangiacomo), Diversi, Ciampi, Baldini (1′ st Casalini), Cionini (38′ st Scuderi Greta), Lonzi, Fantini, Huberova.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — easyGroup is entering mainstream online retail with the launch of easyShop.com, a new online marketplace set to go live later this year, marking a significant expansion into everyday shopping.

The launch represents a major move by easyGroup into consumer retail, applying one of Europe’s most widely recognised brands to a new sector at an international scale. Retaining the brand’s long‑standing focus on simplicity and value, easyShop will bring retailers together into a single shopping destination designed for long-term growth, launching initially across 21 European countries.

The easyShop domain will be operated by ecommerce and marketplace technology company OnBuy, and powered by its proprietary OnCommerce platform, which provides the infrastructure and operational framework required to support cross border trade at scale.

The platform has already been proven internationally through OnBuy’s own marketplace, which has grown more than 86% over the past three years and now supports over 100 million products across Europe, with several markets delivering quarterly growth in excess of 150%.

Significant long-term investment has been agreed as part of the partnership, reflecting both parties’ ambition to establish easyShop as a meaningful new marketplace. The structure allows easyGroup to extend into online retail through a modern, asset light model, while OnBuy provides the marketplace expertise, regulatory compliance and operational capability needed to support international growth.

For consumers, easyShop will offer straightforward, value-led online shopping aligned with the easy brand’s existing presence across travel, transport and consumer services. For retailers, the platform offers access to a new marketplace launching simultaneously across multiple countries, without the complexity typically associated with managing multiple local marketplaces or building infrastructure market by market.

Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, creator and owner of the easy family of brands, said:

“The easy family of brands has expanded into many new sectors by focusing on simplicity and value for money. I believe an online retail marketplace using a great domain like easyShop is a natural next step. I am delighted to welcome Cas Paton of OnBuy into the easy family, and I am looking forward to working with him to start recruiting sellers for our marketplace from now in 21 different countries. We are aiming for a consumer-facing launch for consumers to be able to buy online from Q4 in 2026. Exciting times for the easy family!”

Cas Paton, CEO and Founder of OnBuy, commented:

“easyShop removes many of the barriers that typically slow retail expansion by operating as a pure marketplace without inventory, logistics, or local infrastructure. Working with the easy family of brands brings together one of Europe’s most recognisable consumer names with proven marketplace expertise, accelerating awareness and enabling retailers to reach customers across multiple countries much more quickly.”

easyShop will operate as a pure marketplace, with no retail competition from the operator, giving retailers a fair and transparent platform designed to support long-term growth. Seller onboarding will begin ahead of the consumer launch, allowing retailers to establish early presence and visibility from day one.

Retailers interested in selling through the domain can register their interest at www.easyShop.com.

HONG KONG SAR –
Media OutReach Newswire
– 28 May 2026 – Hong Kong has overtaken Switzerland as the world’s top cross-boundary wealth management centre, according to the latest Global Wealth Report 2026 published by the Boston Consulting Group (May 27).

Hong Kong’s cross-boundary wealth rose 10.7% in 2025 to US$2.9 trillion, driven by Chinese Mainland flows and a vigorous stock market that delivered significant IPO (initial public offering) activity and strong gains in benchmark-heavy internet platforms, according to the report. It also projected that, from 2025 to 2030 the cross-boundary wealth managed by Hong Kong will grow by 9% on average annually and maintain first place globally, fully affirming Hong Kong’s position as a world-leading cross-boundary wealth management centre.

Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (HKSARG), highlighted that China’s National 15th Five-Year Plan clearly supports Hong Kong in strengthening its functions as an international asset and wealth management centre, which is also a key component of Hong Kong’s ‘Finance +’ development strategy.

“Over the past few years, the Government has worked closely with the financial sector to continuously improve the financial infrastructure and ecosystem, expand the range of investment products and risk management tools, and deepen the connectivity with capital markets around the world.

“Leveraging the advantages of ‘one country, two systems’, complemented by free, open, transparent, and predictable economic policies as well as a stable and secure investment environment, and cross-market connectivity, Hong Kong is attracting more and more ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices to establish a presence and invest in the city,” Mr Chan said.

Christopher Hui, Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the HKSARG, noted that the Government had issued the Policy Statement on Developing Family Office Businesses in Hong Kong in March 2023 and has since implemented various measures to encourage family offices to operate in Hong Kong. Such initiatives, he said, include providing profits tax concession to family-owned investment holding vehicles managed by eligible single family offices and introducing the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme.

“The Government will introduce legislative proposals into the Legislative Council next month (June 2026) to further enhance the preferential tax regimes for funds, single family offices and carried interest, so as to further enhance the competitiveness of the tax regimes, and attract more funds and family offices to set up and operate in Hong Kong,” Mr Hui said.

According to a study commissioned by Invest Hong Kong and published in February 2026, there were over 3,380 single family offices operating in Hong Kong as of end-2025, representing an increase of more than 25%, over the past two years.

Empowering Global Football Development and Igniting Passion Worldwide

Beyond the pitch, OPPO continues to support football development through innovation and partnership programs, using its advanced smartphone imaging capabilities to help fans around the world capture iconic match moments and share the passion and emotion of the game. In collaboration with Discovery, OPPO has produced a UEFA Champions League short film that showcases the emotional power of football told through real fan stories, using OPPO imaging technology to bring the spirit of the game to audiences globally.

Over the past year, OPPO has also launched a range of football partnerships and community initiatives around the world. In Indonesia, OPPO became the official smartphone partner of the BRI Super League for the 2025–2027 season, supporting the continued development of football in the country. Meanwhile in Mexico, as the official sponsor of football club Gambeta FC, OPPO supported the club’s youth academy through equipment donations, scholarship programs, tournament organization, talent development initiatives, and professional coaching resources. Through these efforts, OPPO is helping players of different ages to develop their talent and chase their dreams of becoming professional football players while continuing to support and inspire a shared passion for football across communities worldwide.

In May 2026, OPPO Colombia announced football star Luis Díaz as its official brand ambassador. As part of the partnership, OPPO teamed up with the Luis Díaz Foundation to launch the “Lucho por Colombia (Fight for Colombia)” social responsibility initiative. The program provides smart connected devices and support for digital skills training centers across Colombia’s La Guajira region, helping expand access to digital education in local communities. Through collaborations with the football star, alongside other public welfare initiatives and continued product innovation, OPPO continues to strengthen its connection with local communities and further expands its presence across Latin America under its long-term commitment to the market.

Beyond these social and community welfare initiatives, OPPO has also launched a number of football-themed events that bring the brand and football fans closer together worldwide through a shared passion for football. On the eve of the UEFA Champions League final, OPPO invited football legends Theo Walcott and Claude Makélélé to join a 5v5 friendly match in Budapest, where the legends shared skills, career experiences, and discussed their perspectives on the game with fans. Key moments throughout the match were captured using OPPO’s latest flagship smartphone, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra, with every pass, shot, and interaction recorded in vivid detail through the device’s advanced imaging capabilities.

Inspiring Young Creators and Championing Football Culture

Ahead of the final, OPPO partnered with Discovery Channel to launch the Filmmaker Accelerator Program. With mentorship from Discovery, the initiative encourages aspiring creators to capture diverse stories using OPPO imaging technology, helping to support young creators globally. With football culture as one of the program’s core themes, OPPO is not only empowering the next generation of creators with a platform for expression but also enriching stories around football culture through these diverse perspectives, taking the spirit of football beyond borders to connect with broader audiences worldwide. As part of the program, a special documentary video exploring football culture is set to premiere worldwide at the end of June 2026.

As another sensational UEFA Champions League season comes to an end, OPPO looks forward to continuing to use its world-leading innovation to bring football fans around the world more powerful and user-friendly technology that enables everyone to Make Your Moment by capturing football highlights both on and off the pitch. In the meantime, OPPO will continue to deepen its long-term partnerships with global football institutions, promoting new ways of expressing and sharing football culture as it takes the game to the next level worldwide.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BERLIN, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NAVEE Commercial returned to Micromobility Europe 2026 with an expanded product ecosystem spanning shared mobility, delivery, energy solutions, and accessible transportation. Leading this year’s showcase was the debut of the new N2 sharing e-bike and solutions designed for real-world fleet operations.

A Smarter Approach to Sharing E-Bikes

Built on a 24-inch platform, the N2 delivers a stable and comfortable ride while staying lightweight, agile, and easier to manage in daily operations.

“The future of shared mobility is about building the smartest vehicle,” said Kaiyu Gu, Director of Europe Market at NAVEE Commercial. “With the N2, we focused on operators’ daily realities: maintenance cycles, parking constraints, fleet efficiency, and total cost of ownership, while still keeping the ride experience intuitive and comfortable.”

Designed for European cities, the N2 supports parking compliance and sustainability goals, while battery compatibility across NAVEE Commercial’s ecosystem streamlines charging and maintenance. According to the company, the model can reach profitability in under 120 days.

Expanding Beyond Shared Mobility

Alongside the N2, NAVEE Commercial introduced the PB1 sharing power bank system, supporting 22.5W fast charging and flexible deployment across retail stores, cafés, shopping malls, and transport hubs, marking its entry into urban energy replenishment.

The broader lineup included the V2 Pro and V2 Lite sharing e-scooters, M2 sharing e-bike, XM1 and X1 delivery vehicles, B1 bicycle, and LM1 love mobility.

The V2 Pro offers up to 110 km range, ultra-low standby power consumption, and a modular structure that reduces maintenance and downtime, remaining a leading product in NAVEE Commercial’s approach to high-frequency shared mobility.

The LM1 love mobility provides elderly and disabled users a safer, simpler, and more accessible low-speed transportation solution.

NAVEE Commercial also introduced the City King platform, an integrated platform connecting vehicles, cloud management, and operational tools to simplify fleet operations.

Looking Ahead with Operators

Over the past few years, NAVEE Commercial has strengthened partnerships with operators worldwide, continuously refining products through real-world feedback and evolving market needs, reinforcing its commitment to building smarter, more reliable mobility solutions for the industry.

“We’re seeing operators look beyond individual vehicles to long-term operational sustainability,” said Olivia Zhan, Global Sharing Business Leader at NAVEE Commercial. “That’s why we continue to expand both our product ecosystem and operational capabilities — from shared mobility and delivery to energy solutions and fleet management.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Red Bull’s global innovation incubator lowers the threshold for first-time founders with AI tools, equity-free funding and a track record that stretches from Philippine rice fields to San Francisco.

SAN FRANCISCO, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Red Bull Basement World Final 2026 will conclude tomorrow in San Francisco, where 40 national winning teams from 40 countries will pitch startup ideas developed into working MVP demos using AI tools and vibe coding. The Red Bull-backed global innovation incubator is designed for first-time founders who can apply with one idea and no prototype, registered company or equity obligation.

The 2026 edition attracted more than 100,000 applicants worldwide and marks the first U.S.-hosted Red Bull Basement World Final. The programme is structured across four phases: application, national finals, development phase and world final, taking founders from idea submission to a global pitch stage.

During the development phase, held from May 18-30, national winners used vibe coding, the practice of building functional software through natural-language prompts to AI, to turn startup ideas into working MVP demos. Finalist projects include Germany’s Please Touch This Art, which uses AI-powered 3D printing to make museum art tactile for blind and visually impaired people; Belgium’s SIGNIVO, an AI smart glove that converts sign language into spoken words; Japan’s LU-MOS, a common-standard rover platform for lunar operations; and Canada’s TruthShield AI, an agentic AI face detection shield.

“This wasn’t just about competing or winning. It’s about sharing moments and memories with people who are like-minded,” said Aldrin Sojourner “Soj” Gamayon, the 2024 Red Bull Basement World Final winner from the Philippines and founder of AgriConnect.Gamayon developed AgriConnect after conducting 80 farmer interviews, including one with his uncle, to help smallholder farmers monitor crops, manage pests and build resilience against typhoons. His path from Ilocos Norte, Philippines, to the Red Bull Basement stage remains a reference point for the programme’s focus on founders starting from community problems.

The 2026 global winner will receive $100,000 in equity-free funding from Red Bull, $25,000 in Microsoft Azure credits and mentorship from Red Bull Ventures. Red Bull takes no equity at any stage of the programme, positioning Red Bull Basement as a global startup competition for first-time founders using AI tools to move from idea to MVP.

LONDON, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mirror Bar in Bratislava has been named the winner of the Michter’s Art of Hospitality Award as part of Europe’s 50 Best Bars 2026, recognising the venue for outstanding warmth, service and guest engagement. The announcement marks the first of two special awards revealed ahead of the live unveiling of Europe’s 50 Best Bars 2026, which will take place in Amsterdam on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

Selected by the 300-plus anonymous industry experts that make up the Europe’s 50 Best Bars Academy, the Michter’s Art of Hospitality Award celebrates venues that deliver exceptional hospitality throughout the voting period. Since opening in 2019 inside Bratislava’s historic Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, Mirror Bar has emerged as a defining force in Slovakia’s modern cocktail movement.

Led by Bar Manager Peter Marcina and Global Bar Ambassador Stanislav Harciník, Mirror Bar offers an experience that balances timeless craftsmanship with bold, futuristic concepts inspired by science fiction. This award underscores the bar’s continued success after receiving the Disaronno Highest New Entry Award at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and debuting at No.25 on the list.

At the heart of the experience is the Essence of Design menu, which reimagines six core principles of design: form, shape, line, texture, colour and space. Each drink is visually striking and meticulously composed, with theatrical, maximalist presentations that elevate the act of drinking into a curated journey. Beyond the cocktails, the team’s philosophy centres on genuine connection, attention to detail and meaningful guest interaction.

Emma Sleight, Head of Content for Europe’s 50 Best Bars, says: “In a short space of time, Mirror Bar has become one of Bratislava’s standout destinations. The team has crafted an experience that feels both elevated and inviting.”

Stanislav Harciník comments: “We wanted to share our view of true Slovakian hospitality with the global bar community. Receiving this recognition from fellow professionals and friends proves that this feeling and our approach are working. This honour is meaningful not just for our bar and team, but for Bratislava, Slovakia, and our entire region. We are truly grateful and honoured to receive the Michter’s Art of Hospitality Award and accept this as a responsibility to keep delivering an exceptional experience for every guest who steps into the bar.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — At one of the largest global sporting events, hosted at a leading stadium in Europe, Teamwork Commerce, Adyen, and Miteq powered a premium in-stadium retail environment with a fully integrated commerce solution built to perform under extreme demand.

With over 60,000 fans navigating through the venue in a matter of hours, the challenge wasn’t driving traffic, it was handling it. Peak surges require retail infrastructure that can process transactions instantly, reduce queues, and keep fans moving.

To meet this demand, Teamwork Commerce, Adyen, and Miteq were selected to deliver a unified retail ecosystem that seamlessly combined RFID infrastructure, point of sale, and payments into a single operational flow.

“At events of this scale, the checkout experience keeps everything moving,” said Amber Pitman, Global Director, Client Engagement, Teamwork Commerce. “Our POS is designed to keep transactions simple and consistent at every till, so retailers can maintain flow even during the busiest moments.”

Miteq delivered RFID-enabled checkout hardware powered by EXO technology, optimized for high-density environments, enabling fast, independent purchasing while reducing congestion at traditional checkout points.

“High traffic environments demand flexible, scalable solutions,” said Alex Whiting, Managing Director, Miteq. “Our RFID-powered checkout hardware is designed to keep fans moving while maximizing transaction capacity.”

Teamwork Commerce powered point of sale across 8 fixed tills, ensuring consistent transaction flow at dedicated checkout points, while Adyen enabled secure, unified payments with real-time authorization to support fast and reliable processing during peak demand.

“Our research shows that over a third of EU shoppers will abandon a purchase if checkout takes too long, meaning speed and reliability are no longer optional,” said Nicole Olbe, Managing Director UK at Adyen. “Our platform prevents this friction, ensuring every transaction is processed securely and without delay, even at peak demand.”

Initial event performance highlights demonstrate the impact of a fully connected retail environment:

This deployment demonstrates how integrated technology can transform retail in busy environments. Together, Teamwork Commerce, Adyen, and Miteq are setting a new standard for large-scale events across Europe and beyond.

Factorial Raises $150M Series D, Reaches $2.5 Billion Valuation to Become One of the Most Valuable AI Scale-Ups in Europe

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BARCELONA, Spain, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Factorial, Europe’s leading AI Workforce Operations Platform, today announced the closing of a $150 million Series D funding round at a valuation of $2.5 billion, making it one of the most valuable Spanish and European scale-ups. The round is led by General Catalyst, which is making its first equity investment in Factorial, joined by other investors including Atomico and Four Rivers. Alongside the equity round, General Catalyst is doubling down on its prior investment, committing up to an additional $540 million through its Customer Value Fund, bringing total capital committed to over $700 million, securing Factorial’s growth during the following years.

One of Europe’s Most Valuable Scale-Ups

With this round, Factorial crosses the $2.5 billion valuation mark, surpassing many Spanish scale-ups and entering the top 20 within the European Union. The milestone reflects ten years of accelerated growth, a loyal and expanding customer base of over 16,000 businesses across 90+ countries, and a product strategy that continues to win in competitive European markets being the only company in the sector that has successfully internationalized across these markets.

Jordi Romero, CEO and co-founder of Factorial commented; “Ten years ago we built Factorial as a SaaS company. Today we are an AI-first company, building agents for our customers, and we are doing it for over 16,000 businesses, from Europe, with the discipline that has defined our first decade. We have reset the product, the architecture, and the way our customers run their work around AI agents. General Catalyst’s partnership gives us the conviction and the capital to turn that reset into a category-defining business. This round does not close a chapter. It opens the one that matters.”

General Catalyst’s First Equity Stake in Factorial

General Catalyst’s equity investment marks its first direct ownership stake in Factorial, following the firm’s earlier engagement through its Customer Value Fund. The company’s strong performance on its unit economics as demonstrated by the CVF investment allows General Catalyst to build the conviction in Factorial’s long-term trajectory from its product innovation to its financial discipline and European market leadership. This equity investment comes at the same time that Factorial has transformed its business model from a SaaS company to a human-first AI Workforce Operations Platform.

Pranav Singhvi, Partner at General Catalyst commented; “The next decade of enterprise software will belong to the companies that rebuild themselves around AI, not the ones that bolt it on. Factorial is doing exactly that, and doing it with a level of product horizontality and an ambitious growth at scale that is rare anywhere in the world. That combination is why we are deepening our partnership across both equity and our Customer Value Fund.”

“At General Catalyst, our goal is to be the first and last source of capital for the world’s most ambitious companies. Factorial is the perfect example.” Hemant Taneja, CEO of General Catalyst added.

A New Model for Growth: $700M Through General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund

In addition to the equity round, General Catalyst is committing up to an additional $540 million through its Customer Value Fund, bringing total capital committed to over $700 million, securing Factorial’s growth during the following years. Under this structure, General Catalyst’s returns are tied exclusively to the customer value created by that spend and capped at a fixed amount. This approach gives Factorial the financial firepower to expand aggressively across Europe while preserving its equity.

From SaaS Company to AI Workforce Operations PlatformThe investment comes at a pivotal moment in Factorial’s product evolution. After ten years building one of Europe’s largest systems of record for HR, Finance and IT, the company has reset its product around AI, moving from a fixed set of screens and workflows to an agent-driven platform that learns each customer’s policies, executes against them, and adapts as the business changes.

At the center of that architecture is Factorial One, the platform’s unified workspace, built around a deliberately simple two-agent model. One agent represents the organisation, holding and applying the policies a company defines across HR, finance and IT. The other represents the individual employee, multiplying what each person can do within those policies, drafting work, surfacing what they need, and executing tasks on their behalf with full accountability to the person it serves.

Where much of the market is racing to deploy hundreds or thousands of specialized agents, Factorial’s bet is that companies want fewer agents, clearer accountability, and a single source of truth for how their business runs. That shift positions Factorial to capture a significantly larger share of the business operations software market, well beyond HR.

Doubling Down on Germany – New Munich Office and Aggressive Market PushA significant share of the new capital will be deployed in Germany, which Factorial is naming as its number one international growth market. The company is opening a new office in Munich to anchor its presence in Germany, complementing its existing operations and bringing Factorial closer to the mid-market customers, partners, and talent that are driving the company’s strongest growth outside Spain.

Hiring will scale aggressively across Germany over the next 12 months, including sales, customer success, product, marketing, and engineering roles based in Munich and across the country, as Factorial moves to take market share in a region that has historically been served by a small number of incumbent providers. Germany already represents one of Factorial’s fastest-growing customer bases, and the new capital is designed to compound that momentum: more local product capability, more local language and compliance depth, and a German team large enough to win against any competitor in the market.

“Germany is our most important market in Europe, and it has been underserved for too long. We are putting our team, our capital, and our product roadmap behind it. Munich is just the start.” said Jordi Romero, CEO and co-founder of Factorial.

Beyond Germany, Factorial will continue to accelerate across France, Italy and Portugal, which are already among the company’s fastest-growing markets, while expanding its team globally at up to 50 new hires per week.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON, June 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — New research from the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) reveals how people give to good causes in countries around the world and what influences people to be generous. As the leading global study on generosity and civil society, CAF’s World Giving Report uses insights from more than 60,000 people to explore giving across 105 countries.

Around the world, 61% of people donated last year, either directly to people in need, to charity, or for religious reasons. This has declined slightly from 64% in 2024. On average, people donated 1% of their income but levels vary. People in Africa give an average of 1.6% of their income, compared to 0.6% in Europe.

Nigeria is the world’s most generous country, where people give an average of 2.8% of their income to charities, for religious reasons or to people in need. The ten most generous countries are in Africa and Asia.

As a proportion of income, the most generous age group are 25- to 44-year-olds who donate twice as much of their income on average than those aged over 55 (1.2% vs 0.6%).

Religious causes are most popular for donations, supported by 31% of people. This is followed by children and young people and poverty relief which are supported by 29% of people.

Globally, people are much more likely to support charities that work locally to them (56%) or nationally in their country (55%) than those working across many countries (22%). However, donors in higher income countries, for instance in Europe, give a higher share to charities that work in many countries than donors in lower income countries.

The research explores the factors that influence giving including personal motivations, social norms, and a sense of belonging to a community. Countries where more than 80% of the population feels a strong sense of belonging to their local community give nearly three times more than countries where levels of belonging are low.

Mark Greer, Managing Director at the Charities Aid Foundation, said: “Giving is deeply personal based on different factors including values, circumstances and experiences. By understanding these influences and how they appear around the world, we can learn what drives vibrant cultures of giving to support the resilience of civil society.

“We all have a role to play in growing giving. Encouraging conversations, and more importantly, action by individuals, charities, businesses, and governments can help build stronger and more thriving civil societies.”

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

AUSTIN, Texas, June 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — IgniteTech today announced CEO Eric Vaughan will appear on a featured Fortune Tech Breakfast panel, “How to Rebuild Society for an Intelligent Age,” at Fortune Brainstorm Tech 2026. The session takes place Wednesday, June 10 at 8:30 AM and convenes six leaders from across consumer technology, culture and enterprise software to debate what work, education and the social contract should look like as AI reshapes business and society.

Vaughan is the only enterprise software operator on the panel. He will share the stage with AJ Balance of Grindr, Alexandra Debow of swsh, Ziv Navoth of Napster, Graham Dugoni of Yondr and Paul Ford of Aboard.

“There is an important role for both theoretical and practical perspectives in this conversation,” said Vaughan. “At IgniteTech, we’ve focused on the practical side, putting AI to work in real-world environments. We rebuilt a 15-year legacy codebase into a unified AI-native platform in under a year and shipped three net-new AI products in 24 months, all driven by our transformed AI-DNA team culture. Our experience shows that if we are to successfully build what replaces what AI has displaced, we need to balance theoretical vision with the reality of ‘running the play.'”

The panel discussion comes on the heels of the April 2026 launch of Iris® AI and Aurora AI, the AI-native reinvention of social media management and online community published under the relaunched Khoros brand. Both products were built and shipped in less than 12 months following IgniteTech’s acquisition of Khoros, an execution velocity made possible by the company’s AI-DNA culture.

Fortune Brainstorm Tech 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the conference. The speaker roster includes Meg Whitman who was former president and CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sridhar Ramaswamy of Snowflake, Marc Lore of Wonder, Brian Schimpf of Anduril, Boris Cherny of Anthropic and Robert F. Smith of Vista Equity, among others.

About IgniteTechIgniteTech is a global, AI-first enterprise software company helping organizations grow revenue, optimize expenses and transform through advanced, AI-driven solutions. Backed by over 30 years of experience in mission‑critical software, IgniteTech has built a track record of successful company and technology acquisitions driven by rapid innovation. Since retooling the company in 2023 to become an AI-DNA organization, IgniteTech has created three brand new, patent-pending, AI-powered innovations, Eloquens® AI, MyPersonas® and Adminio™ AI, along with AI capabilities across its entire portfolio of products.
