La motociclista, una ragazza di 34 anni, è stata sbalzata dal mezzo finendo a terra. Sul posto sono accorsi i mezzi sanitari, i vigili del fuoco e la polizia municipale che ha disciplinato il traffico e chiuso la strada al transito per circa mezz’ora.

La donna, originaria della Valdinievole, è rimasta sempre cosciente al momento dei soccorsi, ed è stata trasportata al San Jacopo in codice rosso, dov’è stata riscontrata una frattura scomposta a una gamba. Fortunatamente, i soccorritori non hanno ritenuto necessario l’intervento di Pegaso e la giovane non è in pericolo di vita.

Alle forze dell’ordine il compito di ricostruire la dinamica dello scontro.

GDA holds land with over 1.3 GW of energized and approved grid connections. The company comprises 15 facilities, including multiple hyperscaler-grade sites in Texas. SWI Group’s existing digital infrastructure investments include the AiOnX 2.3GW European data center platform which is developing five strategically located hyperscale projects in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Spain, and Italy, partially leased to one of the largest hyperscalers. 

SWI Group has also agreed to acquire a majority stake in Polarise, an AI digital infrastructure provider with a focus on building the underlying infrastructure for AI and providing high-performance computing (HPC) capacities via its hardware and software offerings. GDA holds 1.3 GW of energized and approved grid connections. The platform comprises 15 facilities, including multiple hyperscaler-grade sites in Texas.

LONDON, June 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A landmark global survey of business executives across 18 countries shows overwhelming support for a rapid transition to electrified economies run predominantly on renewables-based electricity. 

The findings suggest geopolitical instability is accelerating an existing business shift toward clean electrification, but that power systems, grids and policy frameworks are not keeping pace. 

As geopolitical tensions continue in the Middle East, and G7 leaders gather in Evian amid growing concern over economic resilience and global vulnerabilities, 91% of business leaders say electrification would improve energy security, and 79% say instability has made their own business shift to electrification more urgent. 

Collected during late April as the Strait of Hormuz remained closed, the data indicates business executives across all polled countries support a rapid move away from fossil fuel systems, with 90% expecting their operations to be electrified by 2035. 

The polling comes after an International Energy Agency (IEA) report found repeated energy shocks are reshaping government and company investment priorities, while the Turkish and Australian COP31 hosts and the International Renewables Agency (IRENA) have called for a stronger global push to run vehicles, industry and buildings on electricity rather than fossil fuels. 

The data shows that 90% of business leaders surveyed say transitioning to a renewables-based electricity system in their country is likely to boost economic growth and 88% say electrifying their operations will make their business more competitive. 

However, 72% of those surveyed say government policies are lagging behind. 

Powering Up: Business Perspectives on Electrification warns that countries failing to electrify risk losing out to more electrified economies, with 62% saying they would consider moving operations if their government did not offer sufficient support to electrify. 

The polling, conducted across key economies and emerging markets, was commissioned by E3G, We Mean Business Coalition and the Global Renewables Alliance, and underscores growing business demand for clean electrification as a strategy for energy security, competitiveness and economic growth, as well as tackling climate change.

La dinamica esatta del sinistro è ancora al vaglio delle autorità, ma una prima e dettagliata ricostruzione è stato possibile metterla insieme grazie alle testimonianze di altri appassionati delle due ruote che si trovavano lungo lo stesso percorso. Secondo quanto riferito l’uomo, dopo aver superato l’abitato del centro di Marliana, aveva iniziato la discesa in direzione di Montecatini Terme, accodandosi a un gruppetto di ciclisti. Con loro aveva scambiato anche qualche battuta cordiale, condividendo qualche minuto di pedalata prima di staccarsi di qualche metro indietro. È stato a quel punto che si è consumato il dramma: gli altri componenti del gruppo hanno avvertito un forte e sordo rumore alle loro spalle e, voltandosi immediatamente, hanno visto il sessantenne riverso sull’asfalto, privo di sensi, proprio accanto a un palo della luce contro il quale si era schiantato a forte velocità, forse a causa di un malore o di una improvvisa perdita di controllo del mezzo.

La macchina dei soccorsi si è messa in moto istantaneamente. Sul posto è arrivata a sirene spiegate l’ambulanza della Misericordia di Marliana, i cui volontari si sono accorti fin da subito della gravità estrema della situazione, riscontrando un forte trauma e una totale assenza di reazione agli stimoli da parte del ferito. Tra le variazioni più significative c’è quella del regionale R18150 da Pistoia a Porretta, che anticiperà la partenza di un minuto, passando alle 5,59 da Pistoia con arrivo alle 6,53 a Porretta. La modifica consentirà di garantire il collegamento con il treno delle 6,58 diretto a Bologna.

Sempre nei feriali, i regionali R18155 e R18163 da Porretta a Pistoia partiranno nove minuti più tardi per permettere ai passeggeri in arrivo da Bologna di effettuare il cambio senza lunghe attese. Analoga rimodulazione per il regionale R18162, che partirà da Pistoia alle 19,35 e arriverà a Porretta alle 20,25, facilitando la coincidenza verso Bologna delle 20,32.

Per quanto riguarda i festivi, il regionale R18161 da Porretta a Pistoia posticiperà la partenza di undici minuti, consentendo ai viaggiatori provenienti da Bologna di proseguire il viaggio riducendo il rischio di perdere la coincidenza.

Le modifiche rappresentano un passo avanti per la mobilità nell’area appenninica. I nuovi orari puntano infatti a favorire gli spostamenti quotidiani di studenti e lavoratori, ma anche a rendere più accessibili le località montane per chi sceglie il treno nel tempo libero.

Alle 12,30 circa una squadra dei vigili del fuoco del comando centrale è intervenuta in viale Attilio Frosini per l’episodio.

In un primo momento, sulla base delle informazioni raccolte dalle chiamate pervenute alla sala operativa, si è ipotizzata la possibile presenza di una persona all’interno dell’abitazione. Tale circostanza è stata fortunatamente esclusa al momento dell’ingresso dei soccorritori, avvenuto tramite una finestra al primo piano.

Per motivi precauzionali, la sala operativa dei vigili del fuoco aveva comunque allertato anche il personale sanitario, giunto sul posto in modo tempestivo.

Non si registrano, dunque, persone ferite.
